The most inconvenient store I've ever seen in my life. Sign on the door: no hats, no hoods, you have to ring a bell to get buzzed in and you have to show your id when you walk in the door. What a joke! How do they stay in business? Especially when there's a 7-11 a half a block down the street.

I will never buy tobacco here again. Terrible tobacco. Kept jamming my machine. Also it was 5 dollars more there then where I usually buy it.

Terrible service. Mainly one female employee, very over weight with brown hair was especially rude and nasty. Could literally smell her stench.

Asked for RAW pre-rolled cone papers and the employee said "We have cones or papers, there is no such thing as cone-papers". No big deal except the product packaging says "ROLLING PAPERS" with the word "CONE" next to it. More of a laugh than a bad review but come on... just say yes sir and take my money please.

The owner is disrespectful to women...They sell glass smoking pieces, the staff used to wrap them in bubble wrap or extra bags to prevent it from breaking. After purchasing a new glass piece, the staff no longer wraps it. They also threw it into a bag with other items I purchased, due to this my piece broke. I called the store and the manager called me back. Not only did he tell me that women need to be smarter when they purchase glass, and it's my fault. They changed their policy without notice and it's my responsibility to be aware. When I realized he wasn't going to refund or replace my item, I hung the phone up. The owner then proceeded to harass me by calling me back and telling me I need to be more respectful and started yelling at me. I told him "it's too bad feeling challenged by a women questioning his policy, but he can get bent." The worst kind of man, he shouldn't be dealing with the customers and should stick with the book work.

So today I took an Uber to New England smoke shop AKA New England convenience store since they recently changed their name. Run to the store I went to the store and I asked the driver who I knew to go inside for me because the manager doesn't want me in there while this specific heavy set woman with black hair and that that is exactly what the owner told me which it is he said it in front of my girlfriend also who recorded it that is exactly what he told me last time he told me I couldn't come there if she was there he came outside after forcing me to come outside and physically getting in my face to what looks like me pushing me out of the store as I had my mask on so he was not even six inches from me when he should have been six feet from me and he's an owner of a store. And how would he have known that was me with a mask on sunglasses and a hat if we're supposed to be six feet apart so he just broke a lot He came outside and told me I'm not allowed inside the store at all and tried to kick me out of the entire property and I completely was polite asking him why is he kicking me out and what did I do wrong wrong, so I eventually ended up walking outside and he showed me a video of me walking out after that day that lady refused to do half cash half credit and and just showed me over two months later me oh, yes tapping not they politely tapping on the window three times to say bye to the lady that just kicked me out. I didn't flip her the bird oh, I didn't spit on the wall I didn't sit there and talk s*** I just knocked on the window so she could see I was walking away with nothing because she wanted to be rude to me for no reason and I put my hand up to say goodbye, and show her I'm walking away with nothing after walking here over a mile and a half. The owner personally told me I can go there for business as long as that lady isn't there, I just can't go there when that space heavy set lady with the black hair is working and I have obliged with that for the last 3 months. I've had other people going to the store so I wouldn't go into the store and cause any issues because that's one thing I do NOT DO NEVAUSE IN RESPECTFUL TO WHO DESERVES IT. I've never once been disrespectful to these people and the owner wouldn't let me speak when I was trying to explain how I literally put my hand up to say bye and ita on video which I bet he won't post it because it will prove he lied and I'm right. He told me that is the reason why I'm not allowed to come there anymore which is a pretty crazy nonsensical way to ban someone from a store when I would bring him $20 a day at least so my business will be going elsewhere. I cannot believe the way they treat someone like me I'm one of the most well-respected nice, polite, endearing men of my age and she and the owner profiled me. The owner also made a comment about me being a stupid American Lazy Slob as I was walking away which I recorded. I responded why did you come here then and I'll admit that and then he tried taking a picture of the Uber that I was in of their license plate as if they had anything to do with doing their job and driving guest to stores. In 27 years I've never once met such a horrible store horrible owner in horrible employees accept a nice lady in the morning and the middle aged man who's from America clearly. -P.R.

I was at the store at 9:55 and the store said it closed at 10. I waited at the window and waived to the heavy girl with brown hair working on the clock and walked from the back room to the register and I was trying to get her attention by waiving my phone with the time on it and tell her the store doesn't close for another 5 minutes. She was just trying to act like she didn't see or hear us until after they were closeD. She completely ignored me and my girlfriend so she locked the door EARLY which is so soooo very unprofessional and she was rude with my last interaction with her last week and the week before. Where's the accountability?This is the heavy girl with dark brown hair and I was going to buy a carton of cigarettes which is like $100 so she stopped her store owner from making that. If the sign says open till 10 and you close at 9:55, THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING and if it happens again I'm reporting it to the town. Thanks for closing 5 minutes early. This is the fifth experience I've had with this woman being rude and I'm sick of it. Get a new employee ASAP! Do NOT spend your money at New England Smoke Shop...at least until that woman Is fired. She works 1-10 so if you HAVE to spend money there I suggest gEtting there before 1pm because she WILL lock up early. False advertising is a crime. I can't believe this. I loved this store, until that woman started working and now I will NOT go back until she is gone and I suggest SO DONT YOU. And I'd rate this 0 stars but it made me put one. Treat your regular, loyal customers with respect or go to church to learn how to talk to strangers. I think they need to have a team meeting about how to deal with the public because even the owner is not a nice guy to his PAYING customers who are putting money in HIS POCKET! If it says 10, it should mean 10!!! Like I said, there promoting false advertising with their hours and I think the manager/owner also needs a lesson in respect and how to treat your customers and not be prejudice. I've never been so upset this was my favorite place before, now I'm on YELP begging you/warning you to NEVER GO THERE AGAIN UNTIL EITHER THERES A NEW OWNER OR AT LEAST THAT WOMAN STOPS WORKING THERE. This is the woman wHos wide with dark brown hair (not the one with glasses)and only cares for herself and works the 1-10 shift or better yet the 1-9:55 shift. I'm so disappointed in New England SmoKe Shop. Please hold your employees accountable.

Was going downhill for a while with some of the female staff that were in there but have been back in the past 3-4 months and have had positive experiences buying a new mod and they finally started stocking my favorite juice again. They could go down a little on the prices of the juice and the mod but I was so impressed by the knowledge of the products by a male staff that I felt it made it a “worth it” experience. And they also have all sorts of cool smoking related products. I would recommend it over other local smoke shops.
