This use to be a great location to go to. Until their new employees started working there. Wish I could actually talk to a human about my problem here at this location.No employees should have attitudes & charge you for services you never got. Basically stole my moneyUpdate to reply. Company is amazing. This store location needs better employees.

I have been a MetroPCS Customer for over 10 years, I know when I upgrade my phone I walk in purchase the phone and pay a fee for transferring it which used to be $15 and is now 25. The phone I went to purchase was $239.99, with tax and the fee the total would be $278. The representative at the store who was ringing me up told me it was $368 when I asked them why he said, I had to pay for a phone case, screen protectors and the charger to get the phone at that price, it's a bundle pack. When I looked back at the sign for the phone that I was purchasing, all it said is what I stated above. He said it doesn't matter what the sign says, so I told him I didn't need a phone case a charger or screen protectors. He then told me it was still going to be $368 because that is the price of the phone with the taxes if I don't get the accessories. Then he told me on top of the $25 transfer fee, there was an additional $50 fee for upgrading my phone, and I am required to purchase a new sim card for $10. I asked him to explain the $50 fee, and what it was for and he said I would see what it was after the transaction was complete, it would be on my receipt. I asked what the receipt would say, and he said it would just say $50 upgrade fee. I left the store and I called MetroPCS, they explained to me all I had to pay was the purchase price of the phone as advertised, sales tax, and the $25 transfer fee. There are no other fees, I don't have to purchase a new SIM card. And they don't sell bundle packs where you have to buy all these accessories to get the phone price as it's advertised

Terrible customer service rep. Doesn't listen to what the customer is saying and is very unprofessional border line rude. I'm looking into another carrier.

Charging 3 times the cost of a phone , saying it's the activation fee and taxes. It's bull I went to another store got the same phone for 120 dollars less. Ripping people off and most likely pocketing the money

I went to this store today to buy a new phone. Adam was the young man who waited on me. He was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and took his time. He also laughed at all my jokes! He downloaded all the stuff from my old phone onto my new phone. It took quite a while and my old phone was being snarky. But Adam persevered! I am extremely grateful for this wonderful young man! Bless you Adam! You are wicked pissah awesome!

We went to get a new phone for my husband. Adam was extremely helpful. He was really focused and got things done really quickly.

Jael is great. Knows everything about phones and won't try to sell you stuff you don't need.UPDATE: Still miss Jael, but having Josh at the helm means never needing to call the crazy people at the big Metro in the sky (well, almost never- love Metro, but they have some control issues, and some stuff can only be done by calling 611 and talking to the chica who's had waaaay too much of the company Kool-Aid).

Best metro I’ve been into. Josh and Jason are both very knowledgeable in the products. Great guys very nice and friendly. I definitely recommend this location for all your metro needs ??

Been here many many times and they are always so helpful and kind . They laugh with me and don’t try to keep upselling me. I have a metro closer to me but choose to drive 30 minutes to this one.

In a time when customer service has become almost non- existent, I was so impressed with the great service and the knowledge Josh shared. He answered all my questions, and was super friendly. I highly recommend to make this your phone store.
