Left for 10 mins and the attendant decided to touch mine and my girls cloths and had the nerve to say we were gone for 1 hr I was gone no longer than 10 mins mind you plenty of dryers only two other customers so there was zero reason to touch my stuff none the less I will never go back here if I could leave zero stars I would and at that why take wet cloths out the dryer no idea had it been left like I intended I would have noticed they were going to need another cycle but I’ll take my money somewhere else never again

The staff and customers there are AMAZING. Our washer died, and my husband is kinda like Tim the Toolman Taylor... he means well. ? So, with a husband and a small juvenile delinquent all-star team at home, I'm thinking of having my mail forwarded to Delken. Not only is the staff kind and helpful, but the customers are a delight. They all make doing laundry actually enjoyable. And they all really care about the community. They've come together and put together their own clothing and food donation exchange, as well as a used book exchange. At this rate I hope my husband breaks more stuff. ?

The lady that works there let me use her card that I put 20.00 dollars on it. After I was done she did not reimburse me the remainder money an told me she would give it to the next person. Never going back.

Dropped off about 30 tableclothes at 4 yesterday afternoon, picked them up at 8:30 this morning All clean, folded, and beautiful. Thank you for your great service I will highly recommend you. I didn't catch the lady's name that took care of me but thank you for your service. Have a great day

Called and asked if they would be open until usual hours, woman working said yes, showed up and was told they are closing early. Not the first time this has happened.

Absolutely appalled at the service at this location!Who ever the girl was working Friday early afternoon on 11/12/21 is a disgrace to this business. I waited inside for someone to come to the front desk.. only to find out, it was the woman smoking her cigarette and texting out front that I was waiting for. THAT was more important than me (the paying customer).Customer service doesn’t even deserve 1 star.

Delken is one of the best laundry mats in town they also offer wash dry fold service and send out all dry cleaning to there main plant in fall river all the ladies that work there are amazing kind caring and Always there to help in any way they also have a good donation box for the hungry and a winter clothes box for the homeless out threw out winter!

Its expensive, but its clean and has newer machines. TV and couches to sit on (in non-covid days). Also offers dry cleaning and pay by the pound drop off. Staff is A+.
