If you are having mobility issues and need delivery 2 minutes up the road you are out of luck. A week’s wait. When asking if they will accept an FSA card you get I don’t know but we can try it. Seriously? Don’t waste your time here.

Called and spoke to Samantha. She was so helpful and kind. Immediately told me everything that would be needed to get the durable medical equipment processed through insurance. I was amazed at how easy she made it. Most DME suppliers keep you on hold for 15 minutes or more only to get to an unpleasant person who refuses to give you a name. not here. I will definitely use them again and give this woman a raise.

0 stars tried getting a walker horrible horrible customer service employees don't know what is needed don't/won't help and blame doctors. I used them for years for my adult disabled daughter and quit because they billed for shipment never recieved and just aweful to deal with. Enos New Bedford Therapese in Plymouth very nice to work with and they deliver!!!

I’ve never received such poor customer service in my life, it took them months to even process my sons prescription, then we had to wait 3 additional weeks until the “next time” they were coming to my town. The shipment date came, and it never arrived. I called and they were then “out of stock” and they still never contacted me. There was no communication whatsoever even though they knew for months my son would need that prescription. They then called days later and said they had it, but once again I would have to wait until the following month to receive it. Or I could take off a day off of work and go down to the cape and get it. When I called to explain how frustrated I was “Linda” assured me that I should have to go get it because home care delivery is a courtesy. So here it is 3+ months later and I still don’t have the medication and Linda was incredibly rude and passive aggressive. Now she claims a manager isn’t in the office for a week. If you’re considering getting items here, don’t, save yourself the stress and use another company with better customer service.

I have never received services from this company, but had an odd and distasteful experience with them.I was in line ordering fast food with my 7 year old, when a man behind me in an Atlantic company van yelled “You ordering the whole store or what!!” In a threatening manner to which I ignored. He then yelled “COME ON LADY, Jesus Christ!” Out of his window and I finally say “relax guy!” And pulled up to the window. He continued to bellow out of his window so I decided to call the company and complain. I left a voicemail two weeks ago about how unprofessional it was for a man representing the company to be screaming at a woman and her small child in a drive-through. As a business owner myself, I wanted to let them know because if that were my company I would never want someone driving our van to act in this way and there would be consequences. No one ever got back to me and this company CLEARLY does not care about customer service.

Who charges $9 for an 8-oz bottle of hand sanitizer? The community at large are your customers and at a time you're faced with the opportunity to step up and give back, instead you price gouge and take food off their tables. A great reason never to patron your establishment. Atrocious even more, for a mom and pop not to back the community in a serious public safety issue.

I have been with this company over 15 years. The reviews that have been given is nothing that I've experienced or heard from anyone. Prior to becoming disabled I've worked in the Nursing field for approximately 35 years. This company is the best that I have had to deal with and the staff is incredible, thorough, compassionate, understanding, and go above and beyond to assist their clients with anything and all. Both professionally and now as a patient/client myself, I would never go to a different company, nor would I recommend any other than Atlantic Home.... In conclusion.. I'd love to thank all of the employees for their assistance that provides in meeting all of my personal needs, and their expertise and their efforts that they put in to make all transactions effortless for me.
