Good, not great. Not worth having to go into the walpole mall lot and risk your life walking into this store from where you parked. People fly through there like idiots, doesn't matter if you make a point of using the crosswalk. It's not the store's fault, it's just something I've noticed when I've been there.
Prices are ok. Some things are a couple bucks less than the smaller shops, some things are a buck or two more, which is weird considering the size of this place. Personally I'd rather pull into a small shop where I know the owners, park 20 or 30 steps away and be in and out, all things being equal, or even a buck or two more.
Staff is odd here. I'm not sure if they don't want to sell you their stuff or if they're judging you. I thought it was just me but I mentioned it to a buddy of mine and he said pretty much the same thing.
And...I don't know if they're affiliated with "total" wine and more, but their pricing is pretty much higher across the board, they have fewer options - the store is smaller granted, and if they're not part of the same company I'd like to know how they get away with the name and logo. First time I went here was because of the great experiences and selection I had at the braintree "total" wine and more. This place isn't even close. I felt misled.

Prefer more above 40% then lower, so I went to get a nice whisky. Ended up with rum. Damn, I should get two jamaican ones.

They don't honor senior discounts. Been a loyal customer for years. Nice sign in entry way 7% off Tuesdays for seniors. Now reached that age, tried 3 times now. First time they said it was a sale item, so no. There was a sign so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Came back sign was down price was up. They said yes, but after leaving, no discount on receipt. Like an idiot, tried a third time and was denied again because it was a sale item, but it was their regular high price and no sale sign. Working with AARP to see what can be done. Seniors and others beware!

This place is my go to place until last week .
They are keeping 6 month old expired beer on self . Not even that they have tried to remove expiration date . I got 4 pack - $14.00 IPA and then find out why it taste like rotten beer. Looking into Detail this is what I find

I went shopping with my 2 15 year old boys as I have dozens of times before. They would not sell me my purchase as the boys could not produce drivers licenses. (They are 15…). I explained they were my sons and was told well “we had shopped together”. Yes, because they are minors and I didn’t want them separated from me in a liquor store). I understand the intent of the policy but i did not see the policy about minors posted anywhere in the store and the staff was fairly cavalier about the entire thing. I called several other liquor stores, including the Mansfield location and explained the situation and was told it would not be a problem as long as the minors were not placing alcohol on the counter or paying for it. Again, I understand the policy’s intent, but the situation could have been handled a lot better.

I was denied purchasing Prosecco one evening, because my 14 year old daughter had accompanied me into the store. They asked her for her ID and said they could not sell to me as she is underage… ummm what?!? yeah, the Prosecco was for me! The staff is extremely inept and treated me like I was a horrible human for bringing my daughter in the store with me.

Amazing store. Prices are lower than average when comparing, amazing Cider selection lots of local options. Staff was friendly and was in and out easily.

A large store with a big selection of wines and liquors. If you are looking for a bottle that is a bit more unique you have a good chance of finding it here. The staff is also very helpful and nice.

If I could leave zero stars i would. I entered the store with a friend (over 21), little brother and baby. Staff asked in joking tone if the BABY had ID. Joking i said “ he left it in the car …HAPPY HOLIDAYS” we proceeded to register and the guy followed us up. When it was our turn the cashier and other staff proceeded to tell us we could not purchase unless all 4 of us had IDs. Meanwhile he had the opportunity to tell us before we shopped and made our way to the register. Instead he decided to be extremely petty and just meet us at the register to tell us we could not purchase.

Terrible customer service, casual racism joking in the store as people are shopping. Lazy employees I had to ask one of the 4 employees in the office to help. Asked Ted for a recommendation, spoke condescendingly the whole time and was not even a good suggestion in the end. Don't waste your time go to palumbos or even Yankees probably a better experience and way cheaper- just 5 mins up the road.
