“Absolutely love this place. Ive gone almost every day during the summer since I was 8 years old. Everyone is so kind and it’s a close 20ish minute bike from my house, so it’s super convenient. If you live in Canton and don’t wanna go all the way to Cobbs Corner or even Canton Center, this place is great.”

“Location is right of off rt 95, so easy in and out. Best prices I've seen in metro Boston area. Gets a bit hectic in the service bays sometimes; with cars coming in at all directions and parking at pumps facing each other. And some knuckleheads not pulling all the way up to last pump, parking in the middle (of 3 pumps).Only been inside the convenience store once to ask for bathroom - no public bathroom here.Gas station does have an air pump for tires, if needed.”

“I've been going to Crowell's since I was a little boy and the store looked like something out of Vermont.Now a Richdale shop, I find the staff always pleasant and the array of products rather remarkable in its breadth. Richdale now has two check-outs so there's rarely more than a couple of shoppers ahead of you. Very fast place!If you're looking for a true convenience store less than a mile off Rt 128 / I-93, this is your place.I read JOHN SMITH's review. He obviously had some bad experiences at Crowell's. But I just want to assure reader's of two things that are factually incorrect in John's review: Crowell's DOES have a huge liquor dept and, second, the staff are unfailingly FRIENDLY and give good customer service.So, don't be scared away by John's negative review. Go in, experience it yourself. I feel certain you will come away pleased.”

“Been coming to this location for several years. The only thing i find to totally wrong is the fact that the store is short staffed at peak hours. Leaving one employee to handle the customersand process Doordash orders on Friday afternoon/evening is totally insane. If you can’t have an additional person on schedule then maybe the store shouldn’t be doing door dash orders. Employees deserve better.”

Everything is neatly placed, no visible dust, be hind the counter items are visibly placed with order and precision. “I transferred all my prescriptions to this location because of the staff. Not only are they personable, they go out of their way to find coupons and obtain hard to find medications. Their customer service is exceptional. My only complaint is with corporate who keeps them short staffed and overworked. Its sad to see the same faces every time I go in. They need more help. Despite their working conditions, they are always cheerful and ready to help.”
