Hello All!! I could never go without leaving my Jordan’s Furniture happiness here !! When I first purchased my home I filled my entire home with Jordan’s goodies …..32 yrs later I went back to Jordan’s to once again fill my home with Jordan’s goodies !! Always dreamed of a white bedroom set and I have it and absolutely love it so much. So I got to meet the new sleep lab techs who were rock stars and for the first time I have a tempurpedic king mattress and pillows. The best …all back aches are gone! I decorated my room with the coastal team just like they had at the show room and have lots of compliments !! Now more important than the materials we purchase are the people we meet along the way. First Elliot and all his team!! I got a few pieces trough the Covid challenging times and for sure am I tough customer for no single problem or dislike will pass trough my inspection but with a warm heart I can seriously tell you Jordan’s goes all the way to make sure you happy. From Sales, techs, delivery teams, and their top management, warehouse management, office management, delivery manager ….truly impossible to find anywhere else. There is no one that can ever ever stand above This team and care for your needs trust me as I speak for my own experience !! And for that not only am I forever happy with my furniture but even happier to have had the chance to cross pads with these amazing humans. I will continue to spend my money there whenever needed ….a bit soon for my electric recliner for I am still full of energy & young but when that day comes Jordan’s to the rescue. Picking up my furniture from Jordan’s Wharehouse was an easy process. About 2 miles of the highway, the staff are friendly, helpful. It took no more than 10 minutesI recommend to always pick up here if you have a vehicle large enough to fit your furniture purchase

one of the most toxic work environments i have ever experienced. i will stick to my personal experience but check out their yelp/indeed/google reviews about working for the call center and you will see the whole picture. so i was hired at the end of September to work in the call center in Taunton. initially i was so impressed with the welcoming culture and supportive management only to quickly realize it was a sham to get people in the door. the gossip/throwing people under the bus/ back stabbing was like something i have never experienced. ultimately i was fired for being "too high energy" so they fired me for the and i quote "amazing personanilty" i was hired for? weird. anyways during my time there they also fired a woman for missing two days of work when her child has RSV. upon discharge they refused me a letter of termination or any supplemental insurances like cobra. i also found out from the woman who they fired for her sick child they provided her with a letter of termination. i never missed work. i am the only person in my entire training group that ever worked overtime. also i found out at my time there two employees were caught smoking weed on company property and merely got a slap on the wrist. also one of their "coaches" which is a laughable term had been reprimanded several times for personally attacking other employees. that is all from an employment standpoint. just look at their turn over rate and reviews as i stated earlier. as a customer i would also chose to shop elsewhere, their sales people flat out lie to customers about protection programs. when merchandise will be available. quality of merchandise which as a customer when you question your told that is just the way it is. more likely than not if you do put a claim in for furniture it will get denied as they basically handle the whole process.just run away. don't shop or work here. i would not even direct someone who i do not care for to this company.sincerely signed"too high energy"

Was a fantastic place to work until you realize you are just a pawn in a chess game. If you have previous furniture assembly experience go elsewhere for a job especially if you care about the work you put out. They will rather get rid of a good employee who does there job 100 percent the way they want it always shows up to work with a positive attitude and never calls out and genuinely cares about the work they put out for the customer. If you have never done this job beforehand go try it out what do you have to lose.

This is by far the best warehouse I’ve delivered to. Came there for a drop off , 3 staffs Unloaded me with strict safety procedures within 15 minutes . Everyone there had a good heart .. even had a shower for drivers .. so .. if they cared about us drivers .. I’m pretty sure the employees here had is good as well. Would hella love to get a route here again next time

I bought a bedroom set and the quality is rubbish. When the furniture arrived the footboard was totally damaged and blemishes were present on the furniture. I paid $4,616.57 for the overpriced furniture. Jordan's replaced the footboard and the delivery guys marked the blemishes with a marker like object. The furniture is chipping til this day. I just reached out to customer service rep. Erica Sweeney and she neglected my concerns. I never had bad quality of furniture from Bernie and Phyl's and highly recommend them especially if your spending a huge amount of money. I've never experienced this type of poor quality furniture and unprofessionalism. I felt and feel bamboozled!

If I could give Jordan's Furniture no stars I would, they do not deserve even one. A friend and I went to Jordan's and each bought the same bed. The one that was delivered to me was lumpy. I returned it (having to pay $100.00 to do so.) I bought a different one. I had told the sales woman I did not want foam. In fact I stressed no foam. I wanted the firmest mattress they had. Tried a couple out and chose one. Imagine my surprise to find out that the bed had four and a half inches of foam!! I wrote a review about it on their website but it was taken down. They did call and spoke to me and said they would let me return it but I had to pay another hundred dollars. Their sales person was told no foam, why did she show me beds with foam in them? They should take the bed back and give me a refund. Instead I am stuck with an uncomfortable bed. The bed my friend bought is already lumpy. It has been only 18 months since these beds were bought. Stay away from Jordan's Furniture! You will only be wasting your money buying there.
