They were great I’m disappointed that it took an electric bill to tell me there was something wrong. However, once I emailed they had someone out here. Ordered the part and was back within 2 weeks or so. They showed me everything is working and answered all of my questions. Now I need to do my job so I don’t have this problem again anytime soon. Very professional and still happy we went with solar.

The technicians were good. They repaired what was required. This is a new system and there could be hiccups. Beacon solar must not charge us for such issues as it is nothing g that we caused.

Shauna and the team at Beacon are in a class of their own!! Shopped around a lot for solar solutions and these guys really stood out! Super responsive, wicked honest, professional and on time. Did what they said they would do. And, they under promised and over delivered on my solar output! Went live for July 1st in time for the mid summer heat wave. And I did my roof through them as well. Quality work all around!!Thank you Beacon!!

I really wanted to install solar and had contracted with another company and basically got a run around for over a year. I was very fed up and mostly turned off from getting solar. I saw an ad from Beacon Solar and decided to try one last time. I was pleasently surprised by the professionalism and responsiveness of Beacon. They shortly came to my home for an assessment and within a few months I had a system installed. I went with the battery storage option so now I have whole house backup and even provide some power back to the grid. In addition I had Beacon upgrade my house panel to 200 amps. We are very pleased with our system.

We had a few bumps during the final planning stage that were swiftly handled.Panels were installed and activated really quickly and Shauna was extremely thorough and responsive no matter the question.We've recommended Beacon to everyone we know that is considering solar.

A really good experience with Beacon Solar on our project. Ours was large (60 panels) and there were some bumps along the way, but our rep, Shauna Carderas, was always responsive and got us to the finish line in good shape. Highly recommend.

Beacon Solar has been a wonderful company to work with from the beginning. We were referred by a friend and Mike walked us through each step of the process with ease, helping us understand the ins and outs of owning a solar system. From our initial estimate and site visit to the very last detail, it was easy working with Beacon! Mike provided multiple plans to us to choose from, and in the end, we went with a set of panels on our roof to supply all of our power needs. The application process and work with the local power utility went smoothly and the rest of the Beacon team was great to work with as well. The installation crew was punctual, neat, respectful of the property, and professional. We look forward to many years of efficient green energy.

We worked with Chet initially and compared their quote to another local company. In the end, it was Beacon’s superior warranty that won us over. The process was a bit faster than expected. There was a minor issue regarding the reroofing, but Mike and Andrew sorted it all out and Andrew even went a bit above and beyond what was required. Our electric bills have been zeroed out for 3 months now and we are contemplating the addition of air conditioning due to the excess capacity.

We are enjoying not paying electric bills only a month after installing solar! Chet Dube was great - he walked us through the process and there are a lot of options to consider. The installation teams were also wonderful. It was a good investment for our home as well as for the future of the planet.
