“Dmitri and Iona were great. I discussed over the phone what the issue was with my Class C RV. Dmitri explained what he thought was the issue and offered me solutions to fix it on my own - clearly he was knowledgeable of the issue and not just looking for work. Iona was super helpful and I was grateful that they were both willing to assist me. My RV will hopefully be fixed in the coming week and I will follow up with a second review.”
