We had the bigger room with the kitchenette. It was a nice setup. Lots of room in the kitchen/living room. They were TVs and both rooms. There is no daily cleaning service. The parking lot does not have painted lines and it was a little confusing as the kitchenette unit was in the corner. Otherwise it was a really nice place to stay.

We rented 'The Entire House at Sandy Neck' and unfortunately it was anything but that.... We have had numerous communications with managers and ultimately the owner (Scott) and felt we had navigated a resolution. Unfortunately, these discussions were misleading/false as a refund was never issued and communication has since stopped. I would not recommend this business to anyone as they are misleading in their product description and do not follow up and through with regards to their services and statements.

We needed accommodations for another night on Cape Cod. After looking at Sandy Neck's website, reading other reviews we found what we wanted at a more than reasonable price and grabbed the room that was available. We were not disappointed ! Two comfortable queen beds, ac, mini fridge, private bathroom - and as clean as promised plus a quiet night's sleep.

Stayed at Sandy Neck Motel for two nights. Room was clean and roomy. Quiet area. Our stay was for Pan Mass Challenge and we have stayed here for a few years. Will return in 2024. Would recommend this place to all.

I would stay here again. For being surrounded by beaches, our room was very clean and not a speck of sand. I could tell the housekeeper works hard.I would have enjoyed my stay more if the water heated up faster. It took a long time to get even warm water from the sink. Also, the walls are thin and we heard the room next to us through the door that is bolted shut but not very sound proof.Over all, it was a pleasant place to stay and the grounds are gorgeous. It is fantastically located near the beach with a great walking path.

10 out of 10 recommend Sandy Neck motel. Location was great, the place was cute and so so clean. I look forward to staying there again. It is advertised as a mile walk to the beach, but it felt a little longer. Still so close and drivable if that's preferred.Nearby activities: Beach, places to eat, little local shops, places to eat and drink.Food & drinks: We ate at Seafood Sam's and I would recommend based on price and portion.

It wasn't the the place for us. I don't like to complain, but this place is strange. There is no one at the front desk. You have to leave a note, which gets put into a stack of other notes. We reserved a room for 3 nights, but we left after the second nite. The bathroom was tiny, with no place to hang anything, or to place your personal items, such as toothbrush and such. The mattress was awesome, very firm, just the way we like it. I was turned off by the cigarette butts outside of our room, although ash trays were provided. Enough said, you get the idea.

Loved this Motel! Super clean, comfy, affordable and perfectly located near our favorite beach… Sandy Neck. The rooms are spacious and the grounds are beautifully kept. Easy access to many great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!

Booked this last minute for quick weekend getaway. Located minutes from sandy neck beach, which was more stabby rocky than sandy. Liked the contactless check in. Unit (15) was recently renovated with fresh paint, floors ane bedding. Room was ice Cold upon entry. Appreciated by my husband. We needed extra blankets and walked over to the office...only to find no one there. Called the number listed and found out there is no on-site assistance. Everything is done by phone or text. Needless to say blankets arrived within an hour. Water pressure was excellent. Drainage for sink and tub not so much. Was told there was a hairdryer in unit but couldn't find one. Staff stated this unit may the only one without. Not the end of the world but potentially worth noting. Only one set of room darkening curtains on the big front bay windows. No sheer curtains or "privacy" curtain so your either open and full frontal or completely dark. Again not the end of the world but a bit inconvenient for us. Fridge and freezer was VERY appreciated. An actusl freezer is rare and makes me VERY happpy. Room was functional and clean. Price was decent for cape cod in July. Oir 12 yr old son said it was better than any hotel we have stayed at. ? snowy owl coffee shop 10 mins down the road for a fantastic cup of coffee in the am!

My husband and I stayed overnight. It was clean, cozy, cute, the front lawn area was well-manicured and inviting. The ease of check-in and out were a plus. We most especially liked the proximity to the beach. We would definitely return and stay here. Jeanne and Bob from PA

The pictures of the room were accurate. The communication was great. It was clean and having no rug but clean tile was a plus. There were just a few things that brought it back to average for us. Quoted in the "total" price was a cleaning fee. This is more usual for an AirBNB type rental than for a hotel/motel in our experience. For that price the place was clean but the fan in the bathroom, although not hooked up any longer was filthy (see pic). The electric outlet controlling the lamp at the table and chairs was dead. The bed was soft (that is a matter of taste). There were holes in the sheet (see pic). The heat was good but it was the most confusing system because of the directions. A phone call eventually fixed that issue. The smell of marijuana snuck in under the adjoining room door and while not a serious problem it should not have been there in a smoke free motel. The Wi-Fi was strong on arrival but disconnected often after 10pm. It was strong again in the morning. It just seems as if the place is more long term rental now that a traditional motel. These things are not really bad for a 1 night stay, but a longer one might make them more so.

My new go to on Cape. Amazing property, love, love, love new renovations! Perfect for our young family so close to the beach and amazing grounds for the kids to play.

Rooms are quaint and very accommodating. The owners go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable. Definitely take a few minutes to walk into the office, grab a free coffee and chat with them. They know so much about the area and go above and beyond to provide anything you might need to make your stay enjoyable. They even helped us get everything we needed to make our own bonfire at the beach right down the road. They made our entire trip great!

We had a delightful time passing through Sandwich/Cape Cod and staying at Sandy Neck. Would do it again in a minute! The homey feeling, gorgeous flora, quaint touches (weathervane), and morning coffee were enjoyed very much, not to mention accommodating us with an extra room in the confusion of our “old” reservation. Came out good for us both!
