The loveliest bed and breakfast in Cape Cod!! The room is very clean and comfortable. The hosts are warm, welcoming and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area. The breakfast is different everyday and made us look forward to getting up!

Stayed in Parsonage Cottage beginning of October for 4 nights with friends. Beautiful cottage with every thing you need. Fantastic location for exploring Cape Cod. Owners were so warm and welcoming, like old friends! They gave us some great tips on the local area, supermarkets, restaurants etc! We had an incredible time on Cape Cod made all the more special by the wonderful hosts and this beautiful property!

We had a delightful experience in one of the rooms on the 2nd floor. Comfy beds, very clean, nice and quiet. A few restaurants within walking distance and the market across the street was super convenient! Breakfast was delicious as well.

Excellent location. Super clean everywhere. Nice spots around yard to sit in adirondack chairs and have a beverage. Nice family running the place. Beds are excellent - great support, great linens. Super silent mini split AC's in the rooms are spectacular.

Jo and Richard were amazing hosts, So kind and helpful! The Inn was beautiful and full of character. Our room was so clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious everyday! They both go above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect! We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary while in the Cape and had a wonderful time. The Inn is conveniently located near restaurants, shopping and beaches. We will definitely stay there again!

The Parsonnage Inn exceeded our expectations - I would give it a 6! I only wish we had more time to spend at the Inn and local attractions. When we arrived, we noticed a small farm market directly across the street and bought a beautiful bottle of wine and some awesome desserts from their bakery. We just happened into the Inn Keeper, Richard, a London native and cheery fellow - we could talk to him for days. The Inn itself was built before the revolutionary war, but is in GREAT shape, and has a touch of modern mixed with Cape Cod touches. The room we stayed in (Mayberly?) was large and VERY comfortable. There was an espresso machine, and coffee and tea and biscotti waiting for us. Breakfast was heavenly - Joe-Anne did a great job cooking an egg toasty that had a lemon drizzle on it. Also served was oatmeal with all of the fixins. UNBELIEVABLE food! We were just down the road from a bar/restaurant with a live band, and the beach. Loved it.

The Parsonage Inn is centrally located in Orleans MA just minutes from some of the most beautiful beaches on the east coast. The room we stayed in was very comfortable and quiet. It innkeepers were very accommodating ane the breakfast was excellent. Plan to return soon. Prices very reasonable considering it is the height of the summer season.
