This Walgreens seems to be well stocked and well managed, allowing customers to easily find what they’re looking for. I can’t speak for the pharmacy part of the store, but the production selection here is decent. Overall, if you’re looking for some snackies in the iconic East Longmeadow roundabout, this place has you covered.

This is by far the worst Walgreens in Massachusetts I highly recommend for every and anybody to go to a different store. I purchased a box of nicotine gum from one of the Springfield stores when I got home I realized it was the wrong kind so I went back to that store and they were sold out of the correct kind, I was at the East Longmeadow Chipotle so I figured I'd go in there to the East Longmeadow Walgreens in exchange my gum. I have never been more disrespected my entire life from a woman named Dominique I think she was in charge at the time she was extremely rude and was not willing to help me, I had an even exchange for the gum but because I did not have my receipt they were trying to give me $20 less than what I paid yesterday. Walgreens in East Longmeadow is terrible it needs to be torn down the Rashad kid was extremely nice he was very patient and he was trying to help me but he was not the boss. The Dominique woman should be fired or should be retrained she was extremely rude there was literally a line out the door and she refused to open another register. This happened at approximately 6:00 p.m. I and my entire family will never come to this location again I will drive 10 Mi to Springfield or even to the Ludlow where the people are very helpful and they are professionally trained, I am very disappointed East Longmeadow is a very proud town and to be treated in such a way by a rude unhelpful employee I hope the next time I do decide to give the store a chance I do not see her face and she is no longer with the company because with that attitude she belongs flipping burgers at McDonald's

I just want to share my overall experience with shopping via same-day delivery. I placed an order online for 4 items on the Walgreens website, which offered free delivery, so I signed up for it. Within 1 hour, my order was at my doorstep, approximately 3-4 miles away. However, 1 item was missing, and at that point, I wasn't sure if Walgreens had made a mistake or if the DoorDash driver had taken or stolen the item from the bag. The paper bag wasn't sealed (Walgreens should address this issue, I think; putting items in a sealed bag or at least stapling the top of the bag would enhance security.) It was an $8 item—not a big deal. I called the store, and associate Linda informed me that the manager had already left and there was nothing she could do: she couldn't issue a refund, reward points, and I would have to come into the store and talk to the manager. This was inconvenient for me as I don't live near that store and didn't intend to go that way anytime soon. So, I'm just leaving this review to make people aware and to urge Walgreens to at least fix some issues. What if the person is handicapped, about to leave for a vacation, or just temporarily at this location? If they are unable to come into the store, what could Walgreens offer? If you chat on the Walgreens website, they will tell you they can't fix issues either and that you have to go to the store in person. Just be aware, folks, and think twice before ordering deliveries from Walgreens. This isn't the first time they've (WALGREENS AS A COMPANY!) messed up. You might be better off turning to Walmart, where they can issue a refund over the phone on the spot. This happened on 2/14/2024 around 4:00-5:00 pm. And I know they probably short staff after corporate cuts., and corporate don’t really cares or know how to help.

I have appreciated this pharmacy very much for the past year. I don't know if the pharmacist I've dealt with recently on staff is new or I hadn't noticed the staffing change but this person is extremely unhelpful and got downright condescending with me when she made a bad error on my required daily medication. I have never had a problem here prior but am debating if it's a good place to continue to use for my family and myself. No one likes to be treated badly especially when it's supposed to be a trusted part of your care team blaming their mistakes on a patient. Her behavior needs to be reviewed as well as her errors.

This store is generally well staffed, but always seems to have the middle holiday aisles a mess. The pharmacy is pretty fast and a good place to get your vaccines.

Confirming this is the absolute worst place. No one here and an appointment for flu vaccine and just sit and sit and sit and sit and sit and sit…..no point in making an “appointment “

It's a fine Walgreens. Occasionally has a decent sports card collection. Service is okay. In the end, it's Walgreens.

It seems like there's always an issue at the pharmacy. You'd be better off going to Springfield.

There is an extremely rude older female who stocks (I hope she’s not a manager) but she’s super rude and I think she might be racist. You can’t miss her she’s ugly outside just as much as she is inside. Avoid her at all costs! Everyone else is super nice tho!

I am an asthmatic and rely heavily on my inhaler. I was told that my prescription needed to be confirmed by my primary care. I waited and waited and then last night received an email from Walgreens that their was a problem and I had to contact dr. office. I did and after a half hour on the phone found out that Walgreens had never contacted the primary care.
