I absolutely love this bank!!! Excellent customer service and open on Sundays also I was highly impressed with the fact they were open on President's day. If you are looking for a great bank to take care of your banking needs this is the place. Also they have a wonderful 60 plus checking account so all you senior citizens this is a great service they offer us!

Elisha was not helpful at all. She thought I was doing fraud even though I have my birth certificate, social and ID. Made me come In at 9 am for no reason. My account was open and when I went in to get a card it was closed. She shouldn’t be working there if she’s going to be working off of judgment and not facts. I was in a car accident and needed an account to get the rental. I walked with a sprained ankle to the appointment with my 8 year old daughter. She also wrote down my Information without asking me if it was ok on a post it note pad. For all I know she could of used my Information without my knowledge as well. Unprofessional.

I wonder am i their customer or not . Because I asked for withdraw 24 thousand, they said I can’t. Yes I understand, then I asked again if they can withdraw the amount money they can do for me . The manager said can’t because they have to keep the money to serve the other customers. The manager is a very rude and mean person. She talks down to you like I was some second class person.this place needs a new manager

Best bank around. Extremely friendly & helpful employees, including Managers tellers, etc. Go above & beyond to help you. TD bank also does an awesome job of letting you know if there are suspicious transactions being made on your account and helping you to recover any fraudulent transactions that resulted in money being taken from your acct. in an extremely quick procedure. Wouldn't change banks for any reason. TD Bank iz there for their customers!!

I went to the East Longmeadow TD with my elderly mother to have me added to her account. It was a bit of a complicated transaction which took time. I would like to recognize and thank Kimberly Rueda for her help, patience, and support. She even followed up with me a couple days later to make sure everything worked out. I have had the same account since 1981,unfortunately my account was fraud compromised and I had to close it and start a new account, such a hassle needed new cards ,new username passcodes, take care of direct deposits and outstanding pending on the old account etc. And then there's transfers of money as well as unlocking online banking Zachary helped me in such a patient professional way making a stressful experience much more pleasant.The personal attention I received was top notch and I am grateful

The "assistant manager" there (I wish I knew her name because I would love to make a formal complaint) is a very rude and mean person. She talks down to you like I was some second class person. I only went in there to see if they could take a hold off of a check I deposited a day early and she told me to screw off basically. Horrible customer service and no regard for hard working people who would like THEIR money to be available!!! It was a bonus check from MY COMPANY! She said they weren't sure if it's real....really? You would think during COVID that you would understand that people NEED the money that they earn and for this bank to hold it for 10 DAYS IS INSANE!

The staff there are great. I dont own a car and use a special transportation service to get to this TD Banknorth so drive thru wont help me make depositsor withdrawals. I called them and they worked with me by having someone come out and assist me even though thier lobby is currently closed due to the pandemic. They are wonderful and that is why I keep banking with them. My favorite bank .

This branch does not do a good job at banking. I am a member of a club and we have a separate checking account for our biannual show. In November, three of us went into this bank to change the information of the officers. As treasurer, I was to get the statements mailed to my home. We had to show licenses and sign papers. For 4 months, the statements continued to go to the former treasurer who was not on the committee anymore. I went in and asked to have the bank statements go to my address in April. The April statement went no where, neither to me nor the former treasurer. I went back to the branch in May with the statements and explained the situation and that it was the third trip to get the statements to come to me. Today I got the statement and I thought hurrah! HOWEVER, the teller also changed the statement of the organization, so that I got the statement for the main body. I am not authorized to see this statement. I am not a signer on this account.

This Bank was one of my favorite bank to go to until what happened to me today. I made a international wire transfer for over $9,500.00 a week ago and they made a mistake on the transfer so i went to talk with Nelia Rivera about it, she was very calm trying to figure out what happened with the transaction cause I very was upset and this woman name Denise Fleming was making the situation worse than it is Because I told Denise she was not good at her job , she told me to leave the bank or she's going to call the police. I know I didn't did anything wrong so stayed in the bank while Nelia Rivera was still trying to help me. 5 minutes later the police came. In my opinion that woman Denise is racist, prejudice, and her customer skills is Horrible. The worse part is she's the vice president of the bank. After i am done the taking care of that situation, I won't be going there as long she still working there.

Very courteous tellers. I use the lobby often nothing but nice people. It can get crowded sometimes but that's not the tellers fault.
