They are rude on the phone, and when I went to get a gift, they were closed. Never going back. Some people have business and dont have any customer service experience or knowledge at all. Just so you all know us, the customers, like when we feel invited and shown around your place. People are more prone to spend their hard earned money at your place of business and go back. Take pride if what you have to offer and you might be more successful. Especially when you're nice.

The lady was so rude and kept saying that she could not let my friend and I look or go in the shop because she could not leave the convenience side. Then continued to shout at us what do you want. After we left,while we were looking at stuff from the outside, we see here enter the shop. So we go back inside to ask if we could go in now since we saw her in the shop, she yelled I said you can't go in there! So unbelievably rude!! If you guys aren't open during your hours that you say you are then you shouldn't advertise as such! This lady needs to learn customer service
