While shopping for birdseed I was disappointed that there were none available . I asked an associate named Andrew for assistance. . Not finding stored inventory he showed me multiple substititions that I could use before we located the items I wanted in another area. Andrew also checked me out and offered to put bags in car. The customer service this young man provided was exceptional. Well done , Andrew !

No problems. I went in for one item, the gentleman inside directed me to exactly what I was looking for, and I was in and out quick. The store was pretty well stocked. Parking is convenient, close to the entrance. Thanks for the easy shopping experience!

Rocky's Ace Hardware in East Longmeadow is part of a many chain stores. Always well stocked with helpful sales associates. One can pretty much find whatever you need here. From gardening, household, lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, to tools and BBQ grills.
