End of April 2024 I bought a 2016 audi a3. It was in mint condition with 62k, bright red. I Instantly fell In love.. I noticed on the test drive the rotors were warped. Gary informed me that they don't service the cars until they are bought. I put a deposit down and went back 2 days later to ensure the work was done. It was perfect! And they did more then they said there were going to do!! I'm so happy with the service my car and I have recieved! I'm hooked on audi for life and hope I see more there, because I'd buy from them again!!

I will not repeat business here. I am very disappointed with my purchase. In Nov. 2021, I purchased a vehicle here. It is the 2014 Model year. I thought I was getting a fair deal. In the year and three months since I've owned the car, it did not pass inspection the following year and needed a ball joint replacement (normal wear but disappointing). The tailgate and the fender (rear quarter panel) have since rusted through and need replacing, not repair. Then I was parked and found a large gas leak. Two fuel line ports rusted through completely, making the car unsafe to drive. I had to replace the fuel tank on the vehicle, which was a significant operation. We discovered the whole undercarriage was riddled with rust. The rust is under the paneling that you cannot see unless the car is lifted. The car will not survive a second year of ownership or inspection. The front windshield (window) literally came loose from the vehicle. I had a wind draft coming into the vehicle. The windshield got replaced as well. I replaced the rear brakes, but it needs a complete set of brakes (which would be normal wear); however, in the year and three months, I've owned this vehicle. I've invested $1800 to keep this car on the road. They need to properly qualify their vehicles before selling them to the customer. I HIGHLY suggest you negotiate to bring a car you want to purchase to a well-qualified mechanic. Having a professional inspect it before purchasing from this dealership, as the inspection by this dealership needs to be done better. I will not repeat business here.

Pricey understandable they are used vehicles but asking to much for some vehicles with super noticeable cosmetic damages but lady was kind to me and helpful

Would give zero stars if I could! The staff at Meadows Motor Cars, are disorganized and have rude customer service. They did not inspect the vehicle, and it was illegally modified with a cat-less exhaust. They negotiated they’d do all the brakes and change the car to be emissions compliant but failed to do so. We made our intentions very clear to multiple staff members that we were trading in our vehicle and financing the rest. However, when we went to pick up the vehicle, they assumed we were buying it outright and were extremely disrespectful to us in front of other customers, making statements implying that we couldn’t afford the vehicle. I have never been required to bring paperwork or paystubs to any other dealership and would have been happy to provide them had we been asked ahead of time and not treated so poorly. If there was a misunderstanding, we would have been completely compliant with coming back with the necessary information. However, Lisa was so rude, disorganized, and unprofessional, we did not feel comfortable moving forward with the deal.

If you purchase a car here, make sure your first stop off the lot is to a mechanic.I didn't do this instead trusting the report of work that had allegedly been done and have had nothing but headaches. I purchased my car in June and in less than five months have had to make several costly purchases and repairs due to issues I had specifically asked Meadows Motor Cars to address at purchase as well as some unexpected problems that cropped up. Save yourself the frustration and take the car to your own mechanic.

Dealt with a sales woman name lisa also met the owner barry. I normally go into a used dealer expect sleazy car sales people. This experience was the farthest thing from that. Lisa was awesome, honest and accommodating. Barry was also friendly and took the time to chat with me and showed they care. I was completely at ease with with lisa you can tell she genuinely cares and was looking out for my best intrests and not just a sale. I would highly recommend them especially lisa. Unbelievable service.
