There is a UPS store nearer to me than the UPS Riverdale St in West Springfield, MA, but I make the effort to go to the Riverdale Store because it is always a pleasant experience there and I know the job gets done right! “Never had any negative issues at this UPS store. Always nice, lady held the door open for me when she was leaving (she had UPS uniform on). The older gentleman, however, needs to smile more and greet the customers when they walk in.”
