My wife and I recently finished a kitchen remodel which included new kitchen cabinets, countertop, backsplash and appliances. After interviewing several kitchen remodel stores we chose Kelly Fradet. We have dealt with several construction projects in the past including two major additions to our house but I can honestly say this was the most seamless well organized and pleasant experience we have ever gone through. Diane B walked us through the project from day one and maintained communication throughout ensuring everything was completed in a timely fashion. She helped us with the numerous styles, paint colors, countertop selections and even hardware choices. The installer Kurt was excellent at his craft, always punctual and communicated the plans perfectly. Everything came out beautiful. We both enthusiastically recommend Kelly Fradet if you are looking for a kitchen remodel. They have excellent customer service and do phenomenal work.

The East Longmeadow kelly-Fradet crew in the lumber yard is the best around. As soon as I pulled in they came straight to my vehicle and helped me with everything I needed. Will be coming again!

Kelly Fradet has provided great customer service, best prices and quality products. I assessed several lumber yards in assistance with my new home build and Kelly Fradet came out on top for all of my lumber and shingle needs. I worked closely with the East Longmeadow branch and Corey Eldridge from that location. This was my first time building a new home and serving as my own general contractor for all the work. Corey was very patient and answered all the questions that I had along the way. He provided timely responses and worked closely with my builder to fulfill adhoc orders and provided expertise and input on several lumber needs. He also helped ensure that I was able to secure the shingles that we wanted which were extremely hard to find. I look forward to continuing to work with Corey and Kelly Fradet to complete my home and future projects. I highly recommend their services and products.

Good prices and much better quality than the big box stores. The staff are super knowledgeable and helpful. The knowledgeable staff are a huge asset and the perfect tools to help make all your projects perfect. Going anywhere else, there are so many locations, is cheating yourself. It’s so nice to purchase lumber and have it be great quality, not all warped and checked. Everyone from the people at the counter all the way to the delivery drivers are super friendly and very accommodating.Definitely recommend and will use Kelly Fradet for all future projects! Thanks

My husband and I built our home and Corey was amazing every step of the way! We had major set backs and they were always extremely accommodating to us! Every delivery was scheduled within reason and always came when expected. We highly recommend Kelly - Fradet!
