“I really like Tractor Supply, and have bought a lot of stuff there, but my main concern is there lack of inventory. Multiple times I have gone there and the thing I wanted wasn't on the shelf. Especially lawn fertilizer and cat food. I've had to order online and do store pickup because they didn't have what I needed. Staff is pretty friendly, but can be hard to find if you have a question. It's the best at what it is, because few stores carry the items TSC does anymore. I recently started raising chickens and have been going here regularly for feed and pine shavings. Luckily, those two items have always been in stock.”

“Andy Szalai was by far one of the best people we have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. I mean he went above and beyond for Alex and I. We called in to find out the type of beam we needed to replace what we though was a load bearing wall. Andy then gave us a list of things he would need to know to better assist us. He then went as far as determining if the wall was actually load bearing or not, super quick responses via email and phone! Very professional ! And never made us feel a bit uncomfortable seeing that we were inexperienced and first time home buyers! Thanks to you Andy our living room is now expanded and on its way to looking how we've always wanted it.”

Walking through this places really gets your brain working on potential projects. Great variety of flooring choices. Seems really easy to get a project going. Easy store layout with flooring samples to take. Check it out first, before going to the big box stores.”

It’s rather sad that they toss plants rather than discount them when in need of a little rehab. As for home repair items and gadgets, I generally shop at local hardware stores instead of big box stores.”

“I had purchased a Tuff Shed this summer through Home Depot. It is time to insulate it and finish it out. While all stores have the fiberglass R13 insulation for the 16”OC 2x4 walls, none have the insulation for the 24”OC 2x4 roofs. Olivia at the service desk was very helpful today tracking down answers for my question about product availability. I came in during my lunch break and some of my questions about installation and possible alternatives could not be answered by the staff on hand. I provided my name and number to Olivia and she relayed it to Randy who called me back within the hour. Randy answer all of my questions and came up with some available and cost effective alternative ideas working around the current shortage in fiberglass shortage”

My experience was different I was looking at showerheads and an employee named German not only asked if I needed help I did look lost but took the time to explain my options and how I could easily change it myself he was polite respectful and I appreciated the. I say to say do not let someone else bad experience keep you from going there I am sure there are more German to assist you”
