Every trip through this location result is soap left on truck, and the employees always seems tp be more interested in playing on thier phones then working or help guide you in the track. You ask for the number for a manager and suddenly they create a story and refuse to answer a simple question. Always drive to thier new location in Enfield, where I have not had a single problem.

I had a monthly subscription and tipped every time I went. I went at least once a week for a few years. This past winter I went in one day in January. It was a little cold about 19 degrees out. As I was going thru I heard the brushes hitting against my truck louder than normal. I thought it was weird. They must of had ice on them. When I got home I looked and the truck had swirled scratches along the sides and back where the brushes go. I brought it back and they took a report. I finally talked to a manager he said there was no way any of this could of happened and there was no way the brushes had ice on them. My truck definitely had scratches from this wash that weren't there before. He said he would call me back the week after and never did. It cost me $250 to get the scratches buffed out. I cancelled my subscription and won't go back.

The vacuums don't even suck loose dirt off my floor mats. Mind you there was only 2 other people at the vacs, so not like there was a loss of power.

Something on the chain relay got stuck under the car. Very noticeable. Guy got mad when i asked what it was. Im hoping something under the car was not damaged.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! They will damage your car and take no responsibility for faulty machinary. My license plate was bent, license plate guard broken, and bumper sratched - THEY WOULDNT EVEN PAY FOR A NEW GUARD (after market is the reason....)THAT WAS ON THE CAR AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE!!!!!!! Stratches all the way through my bumper into license plate/guard, but the scratches weren't from the car wash??????WASHING IN THE DRIVEWAY GOING FORWARD, NEVER GOING TO ANY FL ROBERTS OWED FACILITIES AGAIN.....Congrats you saved 8 bucks and lost car washes 20 bucks a pop, oil changes 70 bucks a pop, gas fill up 40 bucks a pop.....Horrible company!!!

The car wash attendants do a good job. Sometimes there can be a long wait for the vacuums but that's just part of going to the car wash.

Wash was incomplete after two rounds (paid for the 17$ option. Car was dirty from road trip). Gave me the second go through free but the wash still left soap everywhere and missed a spot or two on the back. The first round missed a huge and obvious spot on my passenger rear door.
3 stars because the attendant was nice and the free unlimited vacuum, otherwise It would be a 1. Will not coming back to this one otherwise until their system is fixed.
This is the first time since I started driving 20 years ago that I had to have an automatic wash go through twice.
