I wasn't sure where he had moved to after the mall closed and needed my phone repaired,found out where he was located ( so glad!!). Faud was very pleasant and had my phone fixed in a very timely manner. They are who you need to go to for phone repairs. You won't be disappointed.”

Wow, what a lucky find that was!! I called them and Larry, the owner, was extremely nice and assured me he could fix it, with no loss of data. He said to stop in, which I did. It took maybe half and hour and it was totally fixed and looking like new. Larry is a very nice person and knowledgeable with cell phone repair. I also had him install a screen shield while I was there. The price for everything was very, very reasonable and worth every cent. “I definitely recommend calling ahead, I think they had one screen for the Pixel 3 in stock and saved it for me. I went with the refurbished option as I'm hoping to get a different phone soon but needed to fix my broken screen in the meantime before it got any worse. This is not an easy model to work with but the gentleman ended up getting the screen in there and it works. For some reason my sound is coming in much better, it's like my top speaker wasn't coming in before but it is now that the screen is fixed ??♂️ Very happy with the repair and the price was very reasonable.”

“Went to the Apple Store right next to them to have my phone screen repaired. My screen was very cracked and the bottom 3rd of the screen wasn’t responding. Apple told me it would cost $200, take multiple hours, and they may have to do a factory reset on my phone just to fix it. I left and went to Shatter & Case, they had my phone fixed with a new screen, the bottom portion working again, and all within 10 minutes of walking up to them. Saved myself $50 and lots of time. They really came in clutch!”
