The facility is very nice but I feel they are too short staffed. Patients wait an inordinate amount of time after ringing for help. Example my husband rang to get out of his wheel chair and into bed due to pain. The aid came in and told him that when someone came back from break they would be right in. An hour later no one had come in. I rang and about 10 minutes later an aid came in. He finally got back into bed. This isn’t the first time that it took a long time to have someone answer. I get the feeling also that if something isn’t in their job description, it isn’t going to be addressed even by making the person who is responsible for it aware.

My mom's health has severely declined since being here. She could walk ten steps before being moved upstairs to the nursing home after rehab. She has a stroke and broke her hip. Unfortunately I don't have control of her care, her father does. My mother is young for being in a home. Not only did she stop walking, she can't extend her legs and has lost all of her top teeth. She was supposed to be assisted to eat, but they leave her food and take it away without help. And, she has had 3 blankets stolen or lost as well as clothing, art supplies, paint and brushes, and a ceramic deco paint set we never got to paint, because it disappeared unopened. I would not recommend this facility. There's one nurse on her side of the unit with PCAs. When she first arrived she wasn't diapered but like someone else mentioned in a review, she was calling for help for the bathroom but no one came. She's now in a diaper, and I'm not sure how often she is changed. It's been difficult watching her fail to thrive without help from staff. This place is just a "pretty face".

I hope you never have a loved one in this terrible facility. The first night I arrived my bed didn't work, my phone didn't work, my tv didn't work and my call button didn't work. I was in so much pain laying flat I tried to get up myself. The bed alarm did work. The individual who arrived screamed at me and pushed me back into bed. This happened repeatedly during the night. I was in tears. I'm diabetic and on coumadin. I was told that I wasn't diabetic or on coumadin and went without my insulin or blood thinners for 3 days. There didn't seem to be a nutritionist, I asked for a diabetic diet and was fed pasta, white bread and sweets. There is no menu selection, you eat what you get. There were some very nice nurses and cnas. The physical therapists were nice but had to do what the cnas should have been doing so pt was very llimited. Most degrading was when I was put in a diaper for 12 hours, told they didn't use bedpans and left, soiled or not, till the next change. It was a terrible experience and I hope this review saves someone from the same experience.

My mom is currently here, and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff is. The facility is immaculate, she has a zero entry shower in her room, and she has a view of the courtyard . Very happy ! Edit -DAY ONE WAS WONDERFUL, AFTER THAT IT WAS A NIGHTMARE. I WILL BE CONTACTING DIRECTOR and editing this review further .

My father's room stunk from urine. The social worker was rude, but I have to say the nurses were professional and nice.

Do not allow your loved ones to stay here. No.matter.what.My mother sat in her own feces for hours screaming for help.I had to call there- I called my mom after complaint and telling them to attend to her. Heard the nurse say “why didn’t you use the call button!?”My mom broke her left arm. They put the call button on her left side.I have no words.Last week, she was left in chair for almost 5 hours.Physical therapists have been awful-It’s a nightmare. It may look nice & be nicely decorated but trust me. It’s not.

Well- too bad zero is not an option. DO NOT bring your loved ones here. Rude, Ruder and Rudest from the first step in he door to the "caregivers" (and I use that term loosely). Clearly they are not happy - and if you don't like your job you should not be a caregiver. The people you are "taking care of" are elderly and recovering from some event. They need care- not abuse. And by the way, they are paying for this "service". As you are being paid to DO YOUR JOB.

My Mom went here for rehab after a hospital stay for pneumonia. Staff were very attentive, helpful and professional. They always came when my mother pressed the call button. And answered all my questions. Phone calls to my Mom went through seamlessly. I saw strong Covid 19 protocols in place. Just wished they dressed my Mom every day. I supplied plenty sets of her clothes, but had to specially request that she be changed out of the johnny. I guess a minor issue. She received good treatment there.

My sister has been in this setting for over three years. It is discussing. The nurses and aids do respond to her calls for 10-20 minutes. Other times she has been given a days woth of meds, including oxyconden. Part of what makes this a poor facility is the constant change of aids and nurses. Many times the aids come from a pool service anddon't know the patients. Heaven help the patient WHO CANNOT SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES! If I could give a 0 I would. Louise R. 5/5/2021

My senior disabled mother was transferred here after a second leg amputation. Needless to say, from the moment she arrived she was mistreated and left unattended quite a bit! She was in agonizing pain, and after requesting her pain medication, a nurse named "Tanya" was very rude and spoke down to her at all times. The facility did not have the pain medication readily available, took hours to obtain causing great pain and discomfort for mom for hours! This Nurse even spoke rudely to me when I called to see what was going on! She is diabetic and sugar levels were not checked until next day, and took forever to get her insulin. Every time she pressed the call button, they'd take over 20 minutes to respond and would say "Why do you keep pressing the button, you're not the only patient here"! After being spoken to like that from Nurse "Tanya", she was too afraid to press button for any service, and therefore stayed soiled and did not eat for hours. This particular nurse also would not help with a simple request to help her charge her phone as if it was "beneath her" saying that's not her job. The office staff did work with me on changing her room to get her away from nurse Tanya, but that didn't help much. Getting aide after pressing call button was pointless, and they were giving her non diabetic friendly meals. Last straw was when they checked her blood sugar and it was over 500, and then took over 1.5 hours to give her insulin - I had to threaten to call an ambulance when they finally gave it to her! After a long and daunting 26 hours there, we picked her up!! The only nice thing to say about this facility is that's it's clean, but the care was horrendous! They didn't even reassure me that this Nurse Tanya would be reprimanded, breaks my heart to know that's how residents are treated! I would never recommend this rehab ctr!

I am happy with most of the card my mom gets at the facility. However, I have the hardest time talking to my mom on the 4 th floor. Which I totally blame on 2 nurses who are rude, unprofessional and liars. All the other nurses and sides are great! The 2 nurses are Susan and Israel. I have put formal complaints against them. They constantly try to prevent me from speaking to my 99 year old mother who has Dementia. Susan even tried to disguise her voice and tell me she was the Security Guard. Israel, will flatly tell me she doesn’t have time to talk to and doesn’t want to. Obviously, they should not be in their positions. Having a loved one in a facility with Dementia is so stressful on a family. Also, the Activity Director, would not return my calls to set up in person visits with my mom. I went over 8 weeks with any visits or return calks from Denise the Activity Director. I finally got a call back this Monday only to get a call on Tuesday, telling me all visits are cancelled due to a Covid outbreak. Who knows when I will see my mother again. The place is nice. But, then again I have only seen the lobby. If you are thinking of placing your loved ones here, please know, they control if and when you can speak with them. And they use Covid to hide behind things they do not want you to see. The Receptionists are amazing, but our loved ones are precious to us and I don’t think they understand that. They have created frustration I do not need.

New facility, used old beds. Self pay for respite care. Deplorable. Food terrible, small portions, warm at best. Infested with ants on first floor. Love walking through a cloud of smoke from staff smoking in front of main entrance

Making sure scripts are put in place so that residents don't have to go without medications month after month. Have the fax machine looked at on the 300 unit. We are always told pharmacy didn't receive the script due to trouble with the fax up here.

I am a great and loving cna I worked there a couple of years ago I had problems with staff I love the job not the ppl the nurses want to be friends with the cna's so they turn a blind eye to neglect of residents and bad and nasty treatment of other cna's this is a very clicky place to work yes there are some great ppl here most are smile in your face and play perfetional but they are wicked ppl and I think bad behavior is rewarded GOD BLESS
