Absolutely gorgeous bouquet!! I ordered off the website and they didn’t have that particular color so she called me and apologized. I told her what I was generally looking for, it was my wife’s birthday. She said she would make it beautiful and take the display off the website that wasn’t available next day. They delivered!! Will certainly use them again!

Would never use this place again, woman there has an attitude. Flowers I ordered were replaced with "something similar" without so much as a phone call. They don't even notify you when your pick up is ready you get a sarcastic phone call asking if you plan on picking up your stuff. Over priced, use flowers flowers on Sumner instead ?

Order flowers for my wife and I anniversry. 88usd + arrangerement.Flowers dieing brown on the pedels of the roses, very disapointed.guess you have to see what your buying before paying for it. Cant belive you sent out flowers like this. have bought flowers at BigY that last longer, I spent more thinking that I would get a better pick on the flowers, cant think if I got the less expensive arrangerment.not sure if the pictures so it as bad as it is.

Stunning bouquets! I have ordered several times all the way from Italy and every time the people who receive the flowers say they are the most beautiful flowers they’ve ever seen! They are easy to get a hold of, really friendly staff to work with, and reliable!

I’ve ordered flowers from here twice in the past few months, all the way from Italy. Every time the person receives them everyone says they are the most beautiful Bouquet they have ever seen. The staff is very friendly on the phone! They go out of their way to make beautiful arrangements for any occasion. I highly recommend them and will be ordering again soon from them!

Tried emailing with a question about my order. 24 hours later no answer. When I didn’t get an email back, I called. No one answered. I called 20 times in the span of an hour with no information or response. If you are going to spend $$$ on flowers (or anything else for that matter), you should expect actual customer service. Very displeased with your service.
