The staff at East Longmeadow Animal Hospital are amazing. My family has relied on them for over 10 years and they are an integral part of our lives because of the care they give to our dog. They are organized, compassionate, professional and well trained with a range of experience and expertise. I highly recommend them for the care of your pets.

ELAH is top notch in caring for my girls. They treat you like family and no matter what you are there for they make your pets feel like a super star and every single staff has been awesome to my girls. Everyone and I mean everyone’s customer service is beyond 5 stars. You can tell they truly love what they do.

Monday I had to make the hardest decisions. I had euthanize by beloved dog of 17 yrs phoenix. She had been struggling with arthritis and now was having difficulty moving and she was in so much pain. From the moment I made the call to the time phoenix got her wings, the staff was very supportive in helping work through this difficult situation. They should compassion for me and my dog phoenix. They made sure that the process was done with a lot of care. They explained ever step and allowed me to take the time I needed with phoenix before saying my fine goodbye. I am thankful for their care and understanding.

Every time I bring my chihuahua for an appointment, he comes back smiling and ready to go home. The services are great so far. I brought my second dog for a check-in visit. The service was very pleasant.

"I struggled to find a vet for my geriatric cat due to a lack of previous medical records. This clinic took him in without hesitation. They were incredibly supportive and helped manage his diabetes. The staff is knowledgeable, compassionate, and attentive. I highly recommend this place to anyone."

Thank you to ELAH for treating my big boy with love at each & every visit. He has had other primary vets & NONE of them have accepted him the way the staff and docs do over at ELAH! If you have a big big baby & have experienced unnecessary muzzling or sedations because of your dogs breed NOT your dogs history you need to go to ELAH! They treat you & your dog with RESPECT & soooo much love! Often times he’s even greeted at “Boujie Bajie” (his IG handle)

Took my puppy for his 1st visit. Rocky was so happy with the staff and Dr. They made it so easy for him and us to understand stand everything we needed to do. Great place for friendly staff my puppy loved it.no barking at all.

I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. They only care about money. My dog has a skin condition that they are very aware of, all I needed was a shampoo for his skin I usually get it through pet meds and ofcourse they have to approve it. They declined the medication because they want me to bring my dog in every time.they always need a check up just to say the same thing and for me to pay $300 every time. Spoke to the manager and she was rude didn't care one bit about my dog. The receptionist was rude as well hung up on me. Horrible place. Already found a new place for my boys.
