CVS IS CARRYING salon only hair care products. IN ORDER TO BE ABLE TO SELL THESE PRODUCTS THEY MUST HAVE A SALON DOING BUSINESS ON THE PROPERTY WITH A LICENSE .THEY DO NOT HAVE THAT LICENSE and therefore they must have a sign stating that the products they are unlawfully carrying could belop counterfeit and they can not g uarantee the same results of the product. The products are most likely returns from salons for one reason or another and old.cvs needs to stay in it's own lane and stop this illegal activity. They do not answer the phone. Tried repeatedly over the course of a day and was on hold forever. A pharmacy - err, a good pharmacy - should have a human answer a calll to the pharmacist. You just get stuck in their horrible automative phone system. I finally even clicked on the pharmacy phone option to let them know I was calling from a doctor's office so maybe they would answer. They still didn't! I ended up going to Walgreens for my Covid booster. They answered the phone! A real human!

Called the CVS Pharmacy (East Longmeadow,MA.) for Price of a RX… I was told $200.25 I then called:Costco… the price was $14.14… CVS told me I misunderstood Costco.. No I did not… was $14.14 when I paid for it… Such a rip off… Think of those that pay cash for ever RX… price Gouging is Politically Motivated.. and driving up Premiums to those of us with RX attached to our Medical Insurance .. Costco is definitely worth Joining… Gas was $3.16/9 on the way out of the lot…

Standard CVS, but service here is exceptionally better than the ones in Springfield. I did not have to wait long to be checked out. The store is clean and well maintained. One worker in particular, Kevin, was also very kind and assisted me with using a coupon. Great staff.

The pharmacy at the CVS on N. Main in East Longmeadow is understaffed by unevenly courteous employees. I am referring specifically to those who work the registers. (Tony the head pharmacist and others are excellent.)Today I waited for over an hour to pick up a scrip I had been told would be ready at 2 pm yesterday. While there were often as many as 6 people in line as I waited, only one register was manned by a heavyset employee who was defensive and offensive. (He was quite clearly enjoying the power.) As I watched, multiple customers were told their prescription would not be ready for 30 minutes to an hour even though they were ordered ahead of time. Heads up to those in customer service: The customer is not at fault because CVS does not hire enough staff

The store is OK. Doesn't compare to the newer version in Longmeadow, which is much more spacious and cleaner (granted it's really new). I am thinking of transferring our prescriptions there because the pharmacy always has long lines, and if you think you are going to save time and call ahead of time, guess again. Last night my husband was on hold for 20 minutes; I was on on hold for 25 before I gave up (his call was answered right as he was saying "I give up!". The staff seems nice enough in the pharmacy but they just seem super overwhelmed and my guess is they could use a few more bodies, especially this time of year, and in the middle of a COVID pandemic, and especially with the fact that they offer all kinds of shots that one would typically get at a doctor's office.

This CVS is really clean and well organized. I came here to pick up my son's two prescriptions and the entire store was well organized as well as the staff were pleasant and assisted if needed. The pharmacy area was really crowded. I waited for my son's prescription. They said the prescriptions would ready within 20 minutes and the wait time was accurate. I also picked up a few other items from here as well. I really like this location and will visit again if I'm in the area.

Intentionally slow pharmacy staff. Waited over 45 minutes for a script refill when the refill request was sent in the day prior. Rude, condescending staff. Never seen longer lines at any other CVS pharmacy in surrounding towns. Staff overhaul needed to replace the lackluster work ethic and incompetence, especially in the women who fill the scripts in the back. May go back just for a good laugh when I have a good hour to spare with some popcorn and a stiff drink.
