Danger Danger Danger! STAY AWAY! I brought my pc in after changing the battery myself. It didn't fix the problem so I brought it in. I was told they couldn't do anything to it because I didn't bring in the power cord. All it needed was a generic USB-C power cord. They said they called me several times about it, which they didn't.I told them to forget it after I called to inquire of the status and I was told that nothing was done to it.I got it home and found out it had not only been opened, but a lot of the screws that used to be there were gone! It was put back together in a very shoddy manner! Only 2 screws wrre put back instead of the 8 that were in there. What's worse was a wire was left under one of the feet of the power supply. Sure to wear out over time.I wish I could make this known to EVERYONE to keep them from this.I wish there was a way I could shut them down to protect others from them.

I brought my laptop in because of overheating, I paid $80 to have the fan vacuumed out, yeah I thought that was a little high too. That wasn't the worst of it though, the wifi hasn't worked right since I got it back. I don't know if it was carelessness but now I have a brick on my hands.

It was awful. The screen was fixed but now my phone is unresponsive and glitches out consistently. There prices are so overpriced and not true to their website. Will NEVER EVER come back here

I’m from out of town. Came in to see my parents, dad is in hospital. I got permission to bring my pc with me and work on the road. Murphy’s law kicked in and my cord wouldn’t work, so I looked around for any place advertised opening early. AEPC said 9am both on Google and on the store front, with no notice on the store front, on google, or on the website of the 9 o’clock hour tending to be in place for appointments. I also called the number advertised on google and the AEPC website multiple times. The message at the end always said the mailbox was not set up. I sat in front of the store for 30 minutes past the advertised opening before moving on. It isn’t necessarily fair to the owner to get surprised by someone out of town posting a poor review so I’ve changed my star count from 1 to 3. I do encourage the owner to update their storefront and website to reflect the practice the owner described below and to advertise a phone number that doesn’t end with “this mailbox is not set up”. Because of these items I’ll be keeping it at 3 stars.

So about a month ago I brought my girlfriends laptop in to be repaired because the corner of the screen popped out. Now mind you this laptop was flawless. No scratches no deep gouges in it. So about a week goes by and we call to see what's up. We were told they are still waiting on the parts to fix the screen. And that as soon as the parts come in it will be fixed. So we were like ok. GREAT FIND! these guys are awesome, they hooked up my printer to the laptop, and cleaned out the tower on my desk top (its much faster now!) they told me the price right up front so there were no surprises, very reasonable. I highly recommend them A+

Brought my laptop in for a battery replacement. Was charged $103! Since I know how much the battery is, (and considering I had already taken the laptop apart for them) meant I paid $70 for 20 min of labor. Won't be going back
