We could not be happier with our experience. Our appointment was moved up due to a cancellation and the entire staff was welcoming and professional.

Phyllis is the heart and soul of Puzzio Associates. She provides outstanding customer service, and always makes all her patients feel valued. My kids have been going to Dr. Puzzio for over ten years.

I have been using Puzio Eyecare for years now. Dr. Matthew Puzio is a great guy. Very knowledgeable and down to Earth. He seems to have good management skills as well. Most of his employees have been there for a considerable time. A positive Doctors visit is always a welcome thing!

The whole staff is amazing. I have been coming here for 11 years. The newest surprise has been Dr Puzzio's discovery of a new dry eye treatment. As an 80 year old Nurse Practitioner I can report that it is life changing.

I'll summarize first: I had a pair of prescription glasses made at Puzio's. The lenses were wrong...not once...but twice! I've been wearing prescription glasses for 57 years and had NEVER had such a overall bad experience. One good thing: good frame selection.I went to Puzios and selected a frame they would fill with a "progressive" prescription from Opthomogolists of Boston (OCB). The final cost of the glasses: $1,400. I returned to Puzio's about two weeks later due to difficulty with the reading portion of the lenses. I told the technician the reading area was too shallow. She manually "adjusted" the frame. A week or so later, I had an unrelated appt at OCB. I asked a technician to check the glasses because my vision was "off." I was told the lenses did not match the prescription. I went back to Puzio and shared that info with the technician. I was told the prescription matched the lenses. I was not a happy camper! I explained my vision was off and noted that my prescription sunglasses had been filled with that same prescription another lab and I had no difficulty with them. I insisted the lenses on these glasses were wrong. I then met Dr Puzio for the 1st time. He dismissed my arguments and stated OCB was wrong. He said he had been "voted the best for a reason" and he would check my eyes himself. After a somewhat thorough exam he concluded OCB's prescription was incorrect and said he would change the prescription and have the lenses re-done. He advised the reading portion on the lenses would be adjusted. The result? The reading portion was corrected but the long distance in my right eye was blurry.I contacted my vision insurance company. They authorized another eye exam and new lenses by another optician. I made an appointment with Dr Neil Cowles in Chatham, MA and I am thrilled to say, the new lenses are perfect.

Honestly, their office and service is pretty amazing. In this age of long waits, understaffed services, frazzled nerves, etc., I’ve only had amazing customer experiences at their offices in both locations, Dennis and Harwich. We are very lucky to have them in our area.

Day one of vacation crushed my glasses. Puzio was able to resurrect frames with spare parts. Fixed quickly while waited. No charge. Shocked and grateful. Vacation saved. Highly recommend Puzio for eyecare needs !

One of the hinges broke on my expensive Silhouette glass frames while I was in New Jersey, so I called Puzio to have them order a replacement that could be installed when I returned. They said they would ($60), but I got a call from them a few hours later saying Silhoutette no longer makes the part so I would likely have to get a new frame, as there was no other option for me.However, while in NJ, I found an optician who not only had the part and installed it for $30, but he also said that that hinge commonly breaks on Silouette frames, so he always stocks replacement parts. I was so grateful--and shocked--that my own shop (Puzio) was so unhelpful and apparently unknowledgeable. I would have thought that for a customer they would have done a litle more research--perhaps even finding a local optician who might have the part---on my behalf to spare me the cost and inconvenience of new frames. I like the optomotrist there, but as far as the optician goes, I am going to have to find a place with way better customer service.

I had a very bad experience with the staff at the front desk. As a front line worker who at times works with Covid patients, I was told normally they would not let me in the office. I was baffled because I had an eye appointment there a month before and was told it was fine. Another patient there started mocking me for being a hospital employee. Unfortunately I will be looking for another doctor.

I have a severe "dry eye' condtion, and after a discussion with Dr. Puzio I decided to try the IPL & Lipaflow treatments. WOW!!! I have been taking restasis for years and tried a multitude of potential remedies with mediocre results. Dr. Puzio's treatment was like a "miracle " to me.. I would highly recommend Dr. Puzio and his experience with "dry eye" treatment. This dr's office is as professional and safe as there is anywhere. Great find on the Cape!!!!
