Anyone looking for a FB insure agent I would highly recommend Kathy Bancroft. Everytime I need something done as a new reg or doing a payment it is done almost immediately. I work for a dealer and have seen the ones that don't care and make you wait until they get to it. Kathy is a keeper and is very pleasant to deal with and I stay with FB insure because of her. I do not even look at other insurance companies because the service I get.
