Pulled my son out of this place due to him having had an extremely high fever that required being admitted to the ER. The staff did not check his temperature all day nor did they give him anything to drink because they returned him with his bottles still full. The last straw for me was seeing that the owner/woman who runs the facility had an outbreak on her lips and I did not feel comfortable with her handling my son.

We have been attending Fall Brook for a year and a half. Our daughter has come so far and is thriving at Fall Brook. We love the curriculum, and all the activities they do to keep our daughter stimulated and focused. Everyone has been so kind to us, since the day we started. They welcomed us and quickly put our mind at ease regarding concerns we had about our daughter. In an otherwise stressful situation, we worked together to correct them. We absolutely love everyone at Fall Brook. We have never had an issue with anyone. We really appreciate the quick response we always receive when we are concerned about our daughter, or have a general question. I highly recommend Fall Brook to everyone.

My kids have been attending for a little while ! The teachers are so attentive and mt kids love going inside! My sons non-verbal currently and they immediately let me know when he’s making different noises and genuinely care about your babies ! Love love love everyone where. They keep you updated on an app so you can see pics of your babies throughout the day! So accommodating and have been so helpful.

The teachers at Fall Brook are phenominal. My youngest (4) attends, and it is so nice to see that he has and had the same teachers as his big brother (8). Big thank you to all that has taken care of my 2 boys.

My child has been going here a year and a half, I keep giving them more chances because I like some of the staff and trust them with my child. I have changed my Child in the parking lot several times, he reeked, there is no way they didnt smell him. This morning I put some ointment on him because it's hot I wanted to prevent a rash before it happened. I go to pick him up, he reeked again, still had residue from ointment in the morning and the worst rash he's ever had. I'm done. If you like wasting money and diapers for no reason then this place is for you!

I’m glad i saw the negative review. I want a Child care center who will regularly change my son. I’m glad i chose another center. Also, a thesaurus is a wonderful thing.

I highly recommend this day care. The staff are amazing. I feel comfortable leaving my child every morning at this center. My son loves coming here and I can't say enough about this day care.

If you were not happy with the services the center is providing why wasn’t administration aware of your concerns. How can the center fix the issue if we are not aware of the concerns. if it’s a repeatitive situation as a parent my first step would be first call next morning or day of . How can we correct an issue if we are not aware of the issue?
