George got us in first thing Monday morning, they completed an assessment, and Nuno provided reasonable recommendations for next steps before allowing us to decide how we wanted to proceed. The work was completed quickly, and we were provided with the full report of the diagnostics both before and after to show the work that was done to resolve the issue.
