“Dean's is without a doubt the best place to enjoy a sandwich on the Cape. Friendly service, clean surroundings, premium deli meats, ice cold beer, and a great selection of wine. There is also a convenience store where you can buy almost anything else you might need. Run don't walk to Deans in North Falmouth, adjacent to the bike trail. You won't be disappointed.”

“Wonderful shop due to the owners knowledge and customer service. Went in to purchase wine and was impressed with the variety available. The owner is welcoming upon entering and is more than willing to help find whatever you're looking for, make suggestions - even has various international choices - or respects if you'd just like to look/find what you came in for. There is even a small cooler with cheese, and the store stocks some jars of olives and crackers. I would highly recommend Falmouth Wine & Spirits.”

“I was looking for a couple specific cocktail ingredients that I couldn't find anywhere on Cape. Johnny said he could order them for me. He took the information, called me with prices, and then called me again once the bottles came in. I had my hard-to-find ingredients within a few days! Incredible customer service! “Fabulous wine and liquor selection with some amazingly good prices along with lots and lots of gourmet meats in packages to go. Upscale groceries and lots of snacks to choose from. There's also a very friendly staff that was fun to talk to and interact with. I'll be making this be making this a regular stop when I'm in sandwich.”

“Good people - good selection of liquors and wines...mixers are also available as are cigarettes and cigars.. Prices maybe slightly higher than larger liquor stores, but the convenience of being less than 2 miles from Old Silver Beach makes up it. Small quantities such as pints and airplane bottles are available for some popular liquor varieties”
“How does this place only have a 2-star rating? It's a well-stocked liquor store with a good selection of wine and beer as well. The store also stocks some basics in terms of snacks and dairy products including some good cheeses. The staff, as with many places on the island, can seem curt at times but if you can break through their tough exteriors, they can be friendly and fun. Given their location and hours, this is a great place to go for various needs.”

“This is a very underestimated store. They have always had everything I have looked for including Chartreuse, which I could not find anywhere. During the "COVID" hysteria, they were the only store that respected my freedom not to wear a mask, thus living up to their name.”
