Amazing experience. Had a major blind failure, on a Friday night. Stopped in at K&C Saturday morning and somehow Ken the co-owner and a technician found a way to stop by at 2:40 that afternoon. The blinds had broken parts but Ken was able to do a repair that made the blinds serviceable if not perfect again.
