Called about a distressed Canadian Goose, I had called the other supposed animal control agencies and received NO help. It only took about fifteen minutes for them to arrive and they successfully rescued the Goose. Great job!

There are only 2 staff and they are extremely busy, but Jessica called me right back when I called about getting bitten by an unleashed dog at the beach. She let me know they can't always answer the phone so to leave a message. But if you see unleashed dogs chasing wildlife like seals you can call the police and they can radio her to come right away. Jessica was courteous, professional, extremely helpful and reassuring. It left a great impression of their department!I worked for a large MSPCA hospital in Springfield for many years and I got to know many animal control professionals. They were dedicated and ready to risk their own safety to protect the public from potentially dangerous domestic and wild animals. They are animal lovers themselves and I have great admiration for them. Keep in mind that they are dealing with potentially rabid animals attacking them and so they can't always pick up a ringing telephone.

They never answer the phone, they never follow up on complaints, they never call you back, you might as well handle the problem yourself,, the animal control in Falmouth is pretty much useless !!!!!!!!
