The whole process was perfect!
We found the washer and dryer combo that we liked on line. We talked to Crane Appliances and they said they could beat the price we saw it for at an off Cape dealer. (We like to try to buy local if we can). I had to wait for a couple week for factory to fill order. When it was ready for delivery I was notified by text and a delivery day was set.On day of delivery I was given a window of when the truck would arrive. Also had a tracker letting me know exactly where Pedro was so I didn’t have to just sit and wait and wonder. I got my old machine out of the way and Pedro and his assistant brought the new machines in and stacked them for me. I couldn’t be happier about the pain free process and professional delivery service.
I’ve been installing washers and dryers as a plumber for forty years and have dealt with lots of companies and I must say Crane Appliances has it down to a science. I couldn’t be more satisfied! Thank you Crane team you are fantastic!

Crane Appliance has always been a great place to buy from. They were the first place I went to for a part I needed when I moved here. They were very helpful and answered all the questions had. Later, I needed repairs on a washer and they did great! Both recent deliveries went smoothly as well. The staff is friendly, courteous, and kind. They are also mindful of their surroundings and take care around your property. Crane Appliance is a great company to work with.

Wonderful experience. My washing machine had died and the sales at Cranes was awesome, I purchased a new one and they had it delivered barely 2 days later. The delivery team was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable.

Our Crane experience was perfect. The tech was very helpful and found a piece of a broken wine glass had clogged our dishwasher. He also gave us a great tutorial that should be on YouTube about the care of our dishwasher!

My husband and I were VERY pleased with your service technician Mike. At the first visit he quickly determined that our bottom oven drawer was defective. Within a week we were notified that the part was in, and within a couple of days he came out to install it. We were very impressed with his prompt arrival, knowledge, and felt that it was his goal to please us (the customer). We felt he went above and beyond as he suggested a great way to clean stainless steel, and it works! We highly recommend Mike!

Very organized process for delivery and repair. Updated via email with estimates to arrival time along with a map showing where the driver was. Waiting for repair parts was an issue for me, but once the parts arrived, service was prompt, knowledgeable and efficient.
