The room was nice and clean. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The location is perfect near many stores, restaurants, and the ferry. I just wish the jacuzzi was working and the indoor pool was open in year round.Rooms: Clean.Nearby activities: Stores, restaurants, and ferry.Safety: Appears to be a safe area.Walkability: Can walk to many things.Food & drinks: Many restaurants near by, just a short drive.

Nice older motel. We stayed in one of the two-level suites. Super comfortable beds. Recent renovation.Both beds were on sheet metal pedestals that boomed whenever the sleepers moved. Not really an issue, though. Better blackout curtains needed, but what can you do? Bring a sleep mask, if you come. And ear stoppers. Could hear conversations clearly from room next door. However, I’ve paid more to stay in “better” motels. The Admiralty Inn is worth 4 stars. Rates were reasonable. Room was clean. Location convenient to SSA.Food & drinks: Breakfast served at 8… we weren’t able to try it, since our day begins before then. Coffee is in-room.

The Admiralty Inn and Suites was a great place to stay for our trip to Falmouth. The location was convenient to the town/beach and had a great selection of restaurants within walking distance. The service was exemplary. When I booked the room, I informed the front desk that I'd be checking in after 10pm. The front desk responded less than 24 hours later and assured me that would be fine, they'd be there until midnight, and should I be later than midnight there would be a number to call to get my room keys. I really appreciated the assurance.In my party we had two Townhouse Suites (spiral staircase). They were spacious, offered privacy while still allowing the our group to stay together and save money, they had all the amenities promised, and we're unique with the cool staircases!Beds were comfortable and blankets warm. Showers had hot water right away. Fridges were clean. No odor to the rooms. Plenty of towels. The breakfast area was clean and had great waffles!The only area of improvement would be that one of the faucets in the bathroom had some brown water that came out initially and the pillows were small and quite firm. A variety of pillows would be nice to have and the faucet ran clear after a few seconds but it did give us a moment of pause.Overall it was a very nice stay. Quiet and comfortable.

Our Romantic Stay was divine. Linens were crisp and clean. Excellent service at the front desk when checking in and checking out. We appreciated the easy access to our first floor King suite.Nearby activities: Less than 5 minute commute to the local beaches where we delight in sea glass hunting.

I had a great night stay here, check in was very prompt as well as the hostess being very helpful. Room was great my cats enjoyed it and they got very comfortable as well. The king sized bed was very comfortable, as well as everything I needed for morning coffee in my room already. Completed my stay with the free complimentary breakfast that offered everything anyone could want great variety. The service was five star excellent! The drawbacks: There were too many stairs and the rooms were too far away from the dining room. May present a problem for the elderly. The breakfast was subpar. Needs more food choices and variety. Could have had more pillows and more comfortable ones. Other than those small complaints, it was a good stay. Room was nicely decorated and rooms were cleaned/beds made every day.

Check in fine, room spacious. Ancient tatty fridge was so loud we had to turn it off at night. Television was on when we entered the room, and we were unable to turn it off at all. The receptionist reluctantly came to check it out, and advised that it was often left on, because it was so difficult to turn off! She replaced the batteries in the remote and all was well. The beds had a metal box base, which boomed when you sat on them. Cleaning was superficially good, but the room could have done with a good deep clean. Safe was totally non functional. Standards within the hotel generally could be better. Location good for Falmouth area.

I spent 2 nights in a pet friendly room. There was no wifi for my entire stay. I was traveling for work and needed to use my computer. When I asked at the front desk the girl just said she didn't know why. She made no attempt to fix it or call someone who could. The following day I asked again and this time they said they would write it down. Gee thanks ?. The room was tired. The pillows were hard and heavy. The air in the room was damp and stuffy. The fire alarm went off at 6:30 am and continued for a full half hour until the fire department showed up. The staff was friendly. The location is good and the landscaping on the property is very nice. The coffee that comes with breakfast is instant. If you are trying to choose between the Admiralty Inn and Falmouth Inn, go with The Falmouth Inn. It's much nicer and roughly the same price.

Perfect location centrally located near family as well as the varied amenities in Falmouth. LOVE finding a pet-friendly hotel. Enjoy the room upgrades although I truly wish there were a reading nook or small chair to accommodate a second desk.

I stayed from August 7, 2023 checked out August 11, 2023.I had a courtyard double queen with my daughter and grandson. I was delighted with the room, courtyard access, and large bathroom. The staff was excellent. My grandson was delighted with both the indoor and outdoor pool. The room was large and uncluttered and the desk space was perfect for my grandsons Lego building. The Roku tv was handy since we had forgotten our fire stick and Roku adapter. As a gold elite member of a competing chain I would recommend this . Only downside was the exercise room. Apparently all that rain had leaked in and was still musty.Thank you to all the staff

Room was spacious and bright, with all amenities you really need. The bathroom could definitely use towel racks and more shelving as the vanity was basically all sink. But beds were comfortable, and the AC worked well (and was much appreciated!!)Nearby activities: Close to beach and shopping

We had a great stay. Location was great, continental breakfast was delicious and kept up with (being cleaned and replenished) and staff was friendly. The pool was really nice although we didn’t use it much. Indoor pool is a bit dated.My only complaint is the door to our room would stick and you had to slam it open or closed. And I kept tripping over the lip to the door as it was damaged…Walkability: Within walking distance to grocery stores and many restaurants.

The rooms have had a facelift as well as the pool, so it is much improved. Now they just need to repair the picnic tables that are falling apart. There is a nice area near the pool to hang out with friends (we were a group down to play hockey). It is the most affordable hotel in the area. The continental breakfast is adequate, however they could do with having some sort of meat on the breakfast buffet. We plan to stay here again next year.Walkability: There are stores and restaurants close by and it is probably about 20 minutes walk to the beach.
