“Nantucket Sound has been our go-to for all things AV since buying our home on The Cape 13 years ago. They are reliable and knowledgeable as well as neat and efficient. Can you pay a little less elsewhere? Maybe, but they provide a service, not a commodity. They respect your time. On a recent project, Dan came just to make sure the installation was as promised, just back from a medical issue that probably should have kept him tethered to the office. Meanwhile our salesperson, Ken called during and after the installation to make sure all went well. The owner, Sanjay came to make sure the Eero system was optimized!”
“I had a remote starter put in my Volkswagen last Christmas. Volkswagen are notorious for being somewhat difficult for 3rd party parts and we did have a few hiccups initially. However Bills customer service was fabulous and all the fixes came free of charge. Ultimately I haven’t had any issues since and decided to write this review after warming up my car on this frigid morning! Would highly recommend!”
“I did the big switch over from Verizon to T-Mobile. It was complicated and Dominic took care of me.! I highly recommend this T-Mobile. They took care of everything for me and the manager, Jason jumped in to help out when needed also.”
“I bought all my appliances at Terry’s during 2020 while I was renovating my house. Unfortunately my dish washer stopped working during January 2025, Terry’s sent out an excellent technician who properly diagnosed my problem as a split house connected to the pump. The technician’s attention to detail along with reinstalling the dishwasher was impressive. He did a much better job than the original installer. I would recommend their repair service to solve any further problems.”

“Marcos and his staff couldn't be more professional, friendly & personable (tell me where you find THAT anymore!!). I had to switch carriers due to false advertising about my " excellent coverage" at my home address after a tower shutdown..."Doesn't effect your service & your phone's fine". Marcos and his staff took care of me & within 10 minutes we were ready to activate. His/their patience due to a ridiculous faux paus on the other carrier's end caused him to take 45 mins he shouldn't have had to, to rectify it. Remained cool, calm, patient & friendly all thru it. VERY IMPRESSED WITH HIM, HIS BUSINESS, THE WAY I OBSERVED HIM TRAINING & TREATING HIS EMPLOYEES...IT STARTS AT THE TOP...THE TRICKLE DOWN IS EXTREMELY POSITIVE & HELPFUL TOO!! THIS CRICKET OFFICE OF MARCOS' IS JUST THE WAY A PERSON SHOULD BE TREATED. LOVE THEM...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! ??”

“Target at the Cape Cod Mall is an interesting place to do your shopping as you walk through seemingly empty aisles that might have a glimpse of what you went in to buy. Blame it on the lack of help, blame it on the supply chain. It’s all part of the experience. I once bought a portable charger here, brought it home, and realized I purchased an empty box as the item inside had been lifted. The return process was a breeze and the sales associate was very kind. This all being said, there is an amiable troll that inhabits this Target who provides great assistance whilst navigating the barren wasteland. I would’ve given this Target a 3-star reviews but the Target Troll helped this location reach the 4th star, and if that’s enough for a Michelin Restaurant, it’s enough for me.”
