Waited for my 11:30 AM delivery on 12/16/23. Driver arrived at 1:45. No call to tell me he was running late. Driver was belligerent and rude. When I asked why no call for being late the reply was "use another distributer if your not happy" Yikes.........

Everything is overpriced. Most expensive lumber yard around. Plus the website will say things are in stock just to get you to come in, but won't actually have it in stock. Huge waste of time and money. It's not even worth the convenience, will gladly drive further to go to a real store. Do not go.

I go to Howe Lumber all the time for the materials that I need. I’d rather drive the extra miles to go here than go to the big box stores. I tell them what I need and then drive my truck around the back and it gets loaded into my truck. If it’s a large order I place it and have it delivered. No touching the materials until I’m ready to use them.Shopping at Howe Lumber is easier than going to a big box store, especially if you know what you need. The staff is always super helpful. They are always willing to assist in any way that they can.The store is clean and well organized. The staff is professional. And they have just about everything one could possibly need. The material quality is far superior than that of the box stores and generally less expensive, yes, LESS expensive!If you need materials, especially for a larger job, do yourself a favor and at least give Howe Lumber a chance to price the job. I firmly believe you will be surprised at how easy the transaction will be. You’ll also love the quality of lumber.I highly recommend Howe Lumber.

Very happy with Howe Lumber's customer service. We had a few concerns about an Andersen slider installed a year ago. Their tech, Jorge, came right out, inspected the door, made a few tweaks and presto-magic, just like new! It was the easiest service request EVAH! Thank you Howe Lumber and thank you Jorge.

A convenient, high-quality lumber yard and go-to hardware store for all your Benjamin Moore, home project essentials and window/door needs. Just ordered new Mathews Brother windows and a Brosco exterior door through Howe. Brian is very knowledgeable and kept me updated every step of the way. They also have a Benjamin Moore paint outfit on-site which is my go-to for all my painting needs. Highly recommend Howe Lumber.

All the guys here are super friendly and very helpful when you need to find something, place an order etc! The whole store is nice and clean, organized, as well as out in their huge yard, and they generally have everything you need in stock! Plus they've got the whole kitchen design area out front which I haven't utilized as of yet, but I'm sure that's great as well!
