Called company on a referral from owners cousin. Owner took down all information scheduled a site visit 10 days after the initial call. 1 hour before the site visit owner calls and states its his sons graduation hes very sorry would like to postpone to the following week. 45 minutes prior to the rescheduled site visit owner calls again this time to say the property is too far away and he doesnt want the job. Claims its a 45 minute ride. At rush hour its a 45 minute ride, every other hour of the day it is a 25 minute ride. Very poor customer service leaving us to waste 3 weeks on scheduling someone to come give us an estimate for the pool. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I've taken my water to multiple places to see what they all say and this place is the only one of the 3 that didn't try to sell me on $300 worth of chemicals.

They installed our inground pool liner. Had horrible experience with them. They had to come back to fix multiple times and still particles under liner that ultimately poked 100's of holes in liner (from under the liner). Need to replace liner well ahead of its time. Wouldn't use them again. They were great when the father was in charge.

We just had our in-ground pool installed and have been very pleased. We had a few issues come up and he always came out (or sent someone) that day or the next. You might not always get a response right away in the beginning but if it is timely you will. Once going with them the installation happened on time and without any big delays. We never had a signed contract but had no issues and cost was same as quoted. They have done several pools on our street and everyone has said they are happy with the work.

The owner is very rude, I've seen him be a jerk to his employees on more than one occasion, they're pools aren't that good and usually need repair, I don't think I would use these people ever again. Rude, unprofessional

Poor customer service. Delayed pool repair. Very very unreliable. Would recommend looking for another company, save yourself the headache.
