I can only give it 4 stars instead of 5. I'd like to give it 5, but I had a 1 o'clock appointment. It should have only took an hour at most, but it landed up being an hour and forty five minutes. To fix a flat tire should only take between a half hour and an hour most. If you make an appointment for 1 o'clock They should start work at one o'clock. With that said, good service, all around the guy behind the desk was really good.The workers there are friendly and nice. They should tell you when you get there, if they're not going to be able to get it done right away, especially when you have a appointment.

I went to this location in my own car so I could provide my father with a ride home while his car was getting fixed. Sullivan Tire said it would only take an hour for the car to be fixed so I stuck around in the parking lot waiting for it to be done because my father had asked me to. About a half goes by and I have to use the bathroom, so I go inside and ask if I can use theirs. It was 8 AM, I had worked the day prior, and was tired. I was wearing some baggy clothes and just wanted to be comfortable. After leaving the bathroom, I go out to my car and lean my head on my wheel and start scrolling through my phone. About 15 minutes go by and a cop bangs on my window. Sullivan Tire wrongfully profiled me as a junkie shooting dope in their bathroom and nodding off in their parking lot and decided to call the police on me without having a proper reason to suspect me as such. I am an 18 year old kid and not once was I consulted by any staff member about my activity or the condition I was in, they just jumped the gun and called the police on me. Not for nothing, but they even had the audacity to not even acknowledge the situation after the fact despite their uninformed and misguided conduct. This place is prejudiced and will judge you for your appearance and I recommend this place to absolutely nobody. Shame.

Personal was okay and helpful. However, one of my brand new Falken tires that was just installed is already slowly losing air- just like last time I got new tires from them. They also very clearly damaged my rim- there's fresh scratches near the MIDDLE of the rim. Could only be accomplished by putting the rim face down and moving it around. They're not perfect rims, but they're mine and now they're even worse.
I'll be getting the leaky tire inspected by Town Fair Tire and seeing what they say. Not happy at all, kind of thought service would improve after a few years but it hasn't. Extremely disappointed since ai had to save for months to get tires. Only to get my ride back damaged with improperly installed product.

Got new tires brakes done few months back brakes squeak loudly brought it back they put another set of new pads on only to still have same loud squeaks sadly going have to pay to let dealership fix the issue
Update: Customer service rep was very professional they replaced the brakes again no more issues I will return In the future

Had my brakes done had to go back a week later cause they sounded worse then when the brakes were bad they re did the work brakes sound even worse now

Max and the team were very helpful and quick to answer any questions I had. Car was looked at and repair done the same day and is running great. Will definitely be returning, thanks to the whole team!

The whole staff went above and beyond for me, I called at 4pm in with a popped tire in Boston asking for two tires to be replaced when I got there at 5. The team got the correct tires from a neighboring store by the time I got there and got me in and out before closing time (6pm). Not only that but the whole process from phone call to in person I was met with nothing but polite and kind gentleman. I’d say they all deserve a raise!

I love standing in lobbies while employees pretend I'm not there. 6 years ago was a 5 star review now its a 1 star. If your gonna leave the counter put up a sign, press bell for service, have someone fill in. Nope watch a customer walk in stand there for 10 15 minutes then watch them walk out back to their car it's a bold strategy let's see if it works

Terrible service. The old guy at the front desk hates his job. My overall experience was a joke. If you're insured for the work they perform they are not going to help you. Everything is an issue and a big deal to go just a little further for the customer. Smh.

Not helpful. Grumpy old man at the front desk. They don't follow instructions at all. They're lazy. It's a clown show. I don't recommend this establishment to my worst enemy.
