My favorite Y of the old colony Ys. It’s Martin clean with multiple bathrooms and all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool is clean along with the changing areas. plenty of various cardio machines and I love all the options for organized group classes

I am not sure about others’ swim lessons here. But my 3.5 years old had 6 different instructors over 2 months period( 8 classes!). That is insane! How can my daughter learn anything when she has to trust a new instructor over and over again? She did so well at the YMCA in west Roxbury and progressed so much. She didn’t learn anything here and is actually scared of the water rather than enjoying with confidence like she used to at the other Y.

If you're somebody who likes actually working out or lifting weights decisions this isn't a great gym. it seems to me they oversell memberships or just simply don't have enough equipment because there's always a wait for machines, there's always a way for benches and chairs and there's no restrictions on people just hanging out on equipment for extended periods of time so it's very difficult to work out and actually get everything you want to do accomplished here. if you need access to a cheap swimming pool if you need access to something like that ok but the gym is often a frustrating experience.

love the Y in East Bridgewater. The gym is wonderful, clean , friendly staff , plenty of equipment and great classes / instructors. Finish off my workouts by going in the sauna.

Love the East Bridgewater Old Colony YMCA. Clean ,good vibe atmosphere, a nice pool , basketball courts, free weights ,machines, bikes and cable, machines. Great trainers and staff. Join the YMCA you will love it too.

Absolutely love this place. As a bodybuilder, their equipment is great and they have everything that's needed. Very nice and clean facility.
