My dog was previously seen at this office making him an existent no matter what is done but when calling to make another appointment we were told no new patients when we explained we weren’t the woman was rude and ignorant and pretty much spoke down to you! Worst customer service ever! Looks like there’s a new doctor that what she said well the old doctor was great with our dog and humans!! NO To existing and new clinic picking and choosing who is chosen smh

Worst veterinarian experience I have ever had, and there have been many good experiences over the years. Have a cat that is very hard to handle. Brought her in for an exam and get her nails clipped. Exam went ok. Nails are another story. Tech couldn't properly handle her and used way too much force and the screaming and abuse from the tech was out of control. Would never bring a pet there again and highly recommend you don't either.

Incredible people from office staff to vet techs to vet. Our cat had a situation that needed taken care of ..they arranged to do the surgery very next day. Thank you all!

Rec tried to make appt for my German shepherd. She has Addison a disease. I have never Been treated so poorly. Huge attitude from staff. They actually told me the reason for not helping me they don't stock the meds for my dog. Also was told I had complaints on me from staff. I went there to make appt. Awful. They choose who to help. The dog being sick and helping dog should be why they are in business more worried about doing building over then the animals. Good luck karma is huge. Keep treating people this way you won't last

Thought we found the perfect place to help with examining a stray cat. Over several weeks of not being able to catch “Charlie” at the appropriate time for an appointment, I all today to see if they could fit him in and was told we could come at 3:30 call a little after 3:30 to say we caught him and we are on our way. Once we arrived we were then told they couldn’t see him because we were late. Over the last 3 weeks we’re told if you catch him we will squeeze him in well apparently not. This place provides different stories depending on who you talk to not consistent.

I've never had a dog excited to go to the vet before, but Willie is all smiles and tail wags with all the vets and techs here.Staff are all friendly and knowledgeable.
