Very friendly and helpful to customers. I pick up my coffee there before work. The price of coffee is reasonable and so are their drinks.

They workers are so rude. They made me wait in the rain because of my age. This is so wrong. They could have at least let me stay inside and waited at the door.

I have a condition that I need to use public bathrooms and in an emergency to use any bathroom, Lizzy's Law, and was turned away and told to go somewhere else. The employees need to made aware of this law, so people who need it can use it. Very upset. DO NOT use this Cumberland Farms if you have IBD.

Cumberland.. been going there forever. GREAT gas prices, and I know I can count on good food, great variety of sandwiches and other lunch items too much to write. Food fresh daily and a wicked gòod variety...!

It’s not written on any of the pumps the girl that works there tells me that I should have to read the door that says there’s no more gas. But she has no sign at all at any of the pump stations and gave me the biggest attitude ever. She basically said it is what it is and just looked at me. Very disrespectful if I can give it a one I would.

They definitely hold the record for the slowest gas pumps in Massachusetts.i don't know why I even fill up here. If you fix your pumps I'll give you 5 stars!!!!

Not the biggest of the Cumbies chain but, this store certainly packs a punch! Always a pleasant experience! Everytime I go in, I'm immediately greeted by the friendly staff! Shelves are always stocked and I never have to look far when I'm looking for something!

I made the mistake to use restroom and IT WAS DISGUSTING NASTY P*** ALL OVER TOILET SEAT ON FLOOR I COMPLAINED TO Store clerk and the woman gave me N additude board of health should go there

Pumped some gas (87 grade) on the 17th of September, 2018. Car ended up AAA-ed to my mechanic: the gas was full of water! The repairs will be $300 to $400 or even more. I hope for at least a reimbursement... Is there a mechanism for that?
