Best mechanic in town! Extremely honest, and do great work! They have fixed multiple of my vehicles when other shops could not. I would not bring my vehicle anywhere else but there.

Place is great...On a busy day, I was having a difficult time explaining what the issue was with my car.., The owner, who is one of the mechanics, jumped in my car to drive while I sat in the passenger side, so he could see exactly what I meant..It took a few minutes, but he finally experienced the same issue...He was patient and not the least bit condescending...Just one little example, of why this pace is awesome...Wife and I have been going here for cpl years now, and will continue...They are busy all the time(excellent sign for a mechanic), but if you can wait to be seen it's well worth it..

Dan was honestly the most polite person I’ve dealt with. I called about 5 minutes before they closed because my car had broken down in the middle of EB center. He asked me what happened and he knew immediately what was wrong with my car by me just explaining what happened. It was a quick process and they had my car fixed in a day! I would 1000% recommend this place. I will be bringing my car here for service from now on am im located in Franklin.

Bob Graham Auto took excellent care of my Daughters car recently. We brought it in for a check engine light. I had already done some basic trouble shooting and talking with them they had a pretty good idea what it needed. The service was great and I truly appreciate the candor when talking with me. I will be taking our vehicles back to them whenever there is an issue.

My Family and I have been using Bob Graham Auto's services for several years now and have never been disappointed. Dan, Suzanne (Stacy prior thereto) and other members of the staff have all been wonderful to deal with. They always take the time to patiently walk you through whatever the issue is with your vehicle and they don't recommend making repairs that are not necessary. They are fair and honest -- two words you always want to hear associated with your mechanic and/or automotive repairs. Dan just recently squeezed me in for a stubborn repair and got my car back to me so quickly. I am so appreciative! A sincere thanks to Dan and everyone @ Bob Graham Auto. Keep up the amazing work! East Bridgewater and surrounding communities are lucky to have you all!

I cannot say enough good things about this place! I was recommended to come here and see Dan. I'm so glad I did! If anyone recommendeds this place to you, definitely check them out! It was my first time buying a car and I feel I made a wise decision buying from them. They fixed everything my mechanic had asked and then some. Everyone who works here is professional and prompt at getting back to you. I was really impressed with how fast they acted upon my request. I told them how I'd be interested in the car if they had that special machine to take the nicotine smell out. Not even an hour later after getting off the phone. I went down to take another peak in the car. Which they had no idea I was going to. That machine was already in the car cleaning that smell out! I just bought this car this month. So my lemon days aren't up yet. But I have a really good feeling this car is going to last me a long while & I hope it does! I absolutely love it, it feels so brand new!
