“Not knowing where to begin or how to even start the process of getting repairs on my highlander, I did know I wanted to take it to Ace Auto body. I had once taken my Jeep Wrangler to the shop for tire repairs many moons ago and remember how easy the process was. I ended up following Ace auto body’s page on Facebook and saw how John was strictly for the customer. Post afterpost John spoke about difficult claims and rightfully doing the work on the vehicles that the customer deserved. I spoke with John and asked for help starting this. John took the time, gave me a rundown on how the process works and what to expect. Taken back by the first conversation with the insurance appraiser I remembered what John said. Weeks went by the appraiser and John went back and forth not getting very far. With more helpful advice John sent me in the right direction with the insurance company. At the end of the day my number one concern was my vehicle being safe. Being a mother with a child with heart issues my biggest fear was a major impact to my child’s chest while in his car seat. This was a very realistic fear knowing the appraiser did not want to replace the tire that took the brunt of the impact along with many other parts and tests that needed to be done. Today I received my highlander back with much gratitude and appreciation for John and his crew. I feel extremely confident that my vehicle is safe. “We dropped off our brand new Model 3 right after delivery from Tesla Dedham. Paul is very communicative, transparent and polite. He explained everything to us when we dropped off. We did extensive PPF, clear coating interior/exterior and window tint. We researched another 4 companies and no one could beat their price. They use high end products like SunTek for PPF and 3M for coating and tint. If you research about ppf you’ll see everyone say it is not about brand but install experience, and Paul has been doing for many, many years. When we picked up our vehicle he showed us everything that was done, explained all the warranty info, gave us some brochures that explain how to take care of the car, and the science behind each product. The best part is Paul assures you he will take care of any issue. He is a family man and very nice person to talk to, you end up developing a relationship with him. Our Model 3 looked newer and shinier than when we purchased it. We will be coming back and bringing more of our family vehicles.”

“Short backstory; 15 months ago I was referred to Alex, owner of Driven Perfection by his customer to wrap my new custom built Porsche Cayenne S Coupe with film and Ceramic after delivery. Best decision! I continued with monthly detail appointments. Igor and Marcus are just wonderful and meticulous in their work. Q Car acquisition has upgraded the facility which is important for staff to have this work environment and makes a nice impression for customers. My car was attack by a seagull’s beak before my eyes, yes, true. It ripped the film in a straight line in small pieces. Alex got my car in, Marcus and Igor expertly removed the film, found no damage to the paint and reapplied film. AMAZING! My car was neglected for years and Johnny made it look like new!! I paid for the full shabang and it was worth it!! The cost was very reasonable for the amount of work he did! My car went from an old grungy car with stains everywhere, caked on dirt, moldy and just nasty-to a car that I would eat off the seats. Though I cannot do that cuz I’d have to get it cleaned again. “I have a cool story to tell and it starts like this . A couple of weeks ago i went shopping at a big box store. I was in there less than hr , i come out to find that my BMW had the biggest dent ever from a big blue iron shopping cart , i mean it was so big it looked like a car hit it. I called a friend because im new to the area , He told me to go to Columbia auto body. I called, i went, i met El and Tony. This is where it gets really cool i dropped the car off after i secured a rental. Enterprise picked me up there and thats all i had to do. They did all the work with the appraisal/ appraiser, they communicated with Enterprise as far as up dates on the time i needed the rental they did everything. Today i picked up my car and it looks brand new like the day i got it . The detail that they put on that car is like diamonds. They also let me leave the rental there so they can take care of it for me. So if you want world class service go see El and Tony down at Columbia Autobody Raynham Massachusetts. Get your own cool story because im keeping mines. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE. THANKS EL AND TONY ALONG WITH ALL THE STAFF”
