I was there 12/06 and the girl that was doing my order was so rude, I ask her if she’s speak Spanish because it was better for me to explain my situation she even said yes I do how can I help you, with attitude she said what you need, I ask for the plans that they have and how it’s works with the contract and she didn’t give me any information. In the whole process she was so mean and every question that she asked was with attitude. Then another customer came and she said to her coworker “ I hate this I need to get out of here” she thought that I didn’t understand English. Xfinity need to improve the customer service and bring people that is prepared to help because this kind of people make customers to left to another’s company’s

I switched to xfinity a month ago and I confirmed that the internet was unlimited many times before switching. After I started using it, they told me that I had a daily internet limit. Is this a joke? And when I talked to the customer representative, they said that they could not help about this issue. If you really want to use the worst internet in America and switch to xfinity and live the regret of your life your are free.

Never trust anything Xfinity tells you. They weaponized incompetence will result in you having unexpected charges and wasting time on the phone dealing with people who promise they've fixed your problems and then don't.

Terrible, the people that work here have no idea what they’re doing. I’m not even joking it’s like they don’t understand anything. Ending my service with comcast and my life will be happier having done so.

Stopped by just after 9 for a new remote. Already 4 people in line and more arriving behind me. ONE customer service representative. After about 20 minutes the apologetic representative said she's waiting for her coworkers to arrive- she asked if anyone needed something she could basically take care of real quick so I was lucky to get my remote and get out of there. Isn't it bad enough that the service is so expensive for the crap we get??Just completely unacceptable.

Only the manager works hard beside that the other must of them don’t even now what they are doing.I asked her to stop my services on the date I ll move out but like usually they don’t care after I went home the service was stop the same day .Please do a good training for your employees.

I have to say I started out by having a fair few issues with Xfinity in general for both my broadband and phone. And I dont really like calling them up and dont think the phone customer service is great. But I have to say - all the times I have come to the store in person to fix issues that have caused me grief - they have been wonderful. Its the only reason why I probably am still with Xfinity. The staff at this store has always helped fix my problems - whether it was to give me my modem, port my phone across, help fix an international roaming billing nightmare. Astrud and Danny at the store are really helpful. Thanks again.

Signed up for their 1200 mbps plan and I never had worse internet service like this before. I was better off sticking to my mobile hotspot than sign up this Xfinity. I tested their speeds daily because the wifi crash all the time, never was higher than 300 mbps. Don't waste your time and money with this company. Their customer service is also set up so you can't easily get help. Xfinity techs have been to my home many times, but wifi does not equal what I paid for.
