Terrible customer service
I had problems with my service and visited the store twice for help to fix it and they didn't help.
I don't recommend it at all.
They are only interested in selling but do not care about providing solutions to customers' problems.

The young lady behind the counter was INDESPENSABLE - - - answered MANY questions - - - even from the other two workers. She took care of my problem with no hassle.

I wanted to applaud Juiles, Miguel, and I forgot the name of the other male employee working this morning Sunday. Anyway, not only were the extremely helpful to me, but they were cleaning diligently a mess that was left for them.

The customer service is very bad and also when you enter they give you a bad face, other companies serve you in a good way, not recommended, the only person I give 5 out of 5 is the woman.

Literally the worst customer service I’ve experienced in memory.
Cell phone wouldn’t connect to the network. Went in to check network settings and replace the SIM card. Left 1 hour later (after the employee helping me called support multiple times, couldn’t figure out how to swap a sim) with the same issue as well as somehow having my iCloud account disassociated with the phone. After being on hold for an hour more on the phone - still no solution after 2.5 hours of nonsense.
TRAIN. YOUR. EMPLOYEES.
If you can’t swap a SIM card or activate one you don’t have any business selling cell phones. Just embarrassing. Will be switching carriers.

Of all the Comcast locations I’ve been to, this one by far customer service wise is the BEST. No matter who I’ve had to deal with their customer service is always helpful, informative, pleasant. Thank you guys! You really make having to deal with these little errands so much easier. ?

The service here is realy below average. I was there today waiting for 15 minutes, a woman was ahead of me. The guy helped her to pay her bill, after that he skipped me and jump to help 2 people came after me. The other one was helping a customer then two other ones came out and went to the counter and started talking to the same customer . When they finally realized that I've been there waiting, one of them asked me if I needed something (I was interested in the phone deal) than she asked me to unlock my phone took it inside with the other woman and close a door. Approximately 7 to 10 minutes late , she came out to give me my phone with no history in it . I BELIEVE no one should take a customer 's phone inside a close door will you have a tablet in your hand and many computers at the counter that you can use to check for any data.

I was there 12/06 and the girl that was doing my order was so rude, I ask her if she’s speak Spanish because it was better for me to explain my situation she even said yes I do how can I help you, with attitude she said what you need, I ask for the plans that they have and how it’s works with the contract and she didn’t give me any information. In the whole process she was so mean and every question that she asked was with attitude. Then another customer came and she said to her coworker “ I hate this I need to get out of here” she thought that I didn’t understand English. Xfinity need to improve the customer service and bring people that is prepared to help because this kind of people make customers to left to another’s company’s

I switched to xfinity a month ago and I confirmed that the internet was unlimited many times before switching. After I started using it, they told me that I had a daily internet limit. Is this a joke? And when I talked to the customer representative, they said that they could not help about this issue. If you really want to use the worst internet in America and switch to xfinity and live the regret of your life your are free.
