The lounge is one of the better ones I've seen. Staff is superb. Great attitude, fun and helpful.Only flaw is, the area where they have large sofas for people to sleep, is super brightly lit, and very cold as well. Could have been better designed.

My second-favorite BOS E lounge after the Lufthansa one. Friendly and home-feeling service. Not always good English, but always very friendly. Probably the best sleeping opportunity in the whole airport. Long comfy couches ?
