Verry Unprofessional, the staff is working at the office.
They treat you as if you were asking them for something for free or even worse. This happened (Friday /08/5 pm 2024)
They treat you like you're disgusting
My Wife car was towing today and when she tries to pay at the office, her phone didn't have internet, she said to the lady at the office "which said named Ashly" Ashly I can't my cell phone can't read the QR code, To which she "Ashly" responded, I don't know what your level of education is, you don't know how to use a telephone.
I have to take my phone and star the prosses to pay.

He started yelling at me and speaking very rudely and with a lot of arrogance.
YOU GUYS ARE ON THE STREETS CHECKING FOR WHO IS IN A WRONG PARKING OR FOR THOSE WHO GOT A TICKET TO TOWING OUR CARS THAT IS OUR MISTAKE I UNDESTAND PRETTY WELL, BUT THAT DOES NOT GIVE THEM THE RIGHT TO TALK TO OR HUMILIZE PEOPLE LIKE THEY DID WITH MY WIFE.
even to me, I asked her "why you speak like that we just want to get her car and go home that she answers me.
OK IT IS WAHT IT IS, IF YOU DON'T LIKE LEAVE YOUR CAR AND COME BACK ON MONDAY.
Do not support this companies treat people like that, if them towing your car well not too much to do, but if you need your car towed call someone else. I do not recommend this guy; you do not need to get a bad experience as I did today

Only reason it’s 2 instead of 1 is because the front desk people are a lot nicer these days. $175 for a 5 min tow is absurd , especially when other spots nearby charge closer to 120. I was in the wrong ?♂️, but still seems like a ridiculously high price.

They quoted me $230 on the phone when I was broken down on 128.
They charged my card $458 after the tow was complete.
Bait and switch. They tell you that calls are recorded so I know that they have record of this. I don’t have the time to file in small claims court for $200, typical tow company, low quality business practices.

Real ignorant woman you have answering the phone. She gave the tow total and I told her I would call back and she said “shocker!” and hung up. We have another company coming now and will never work with Todisco Towing moving forward.

Todisco Towing provided excellent service. Very professional company. Their customer service was very helpful, kind, and easy to work with. Handled my vehicle with care.

Had three interactions with their front desk, all three times I was IMMEDIATELY met with a nasty, condescending attitude. Completely ignored what I said, insisted my car was not drivable and that I did not already give them my tow slip, was very quickly proven wrong all three times. No apology at all, just pure embarrassment. My guess is they are desperate to charge more fees... so shamelessly predatory, even for a tow company. Seems like they hired discount Temu mean girls as their reception team.
I'd say fire them but actually, they are exactly fitting working there. I hope they have a blessed career.

On top of the generally disliked nature of this business, they only accept the payment through a QR code which comes with a long checkout process, invoice number, exact amounts, service fees, etc.

Spoke to Grace from todisco earlier today and super super rude, not kind and no sympathy to anything, and then she hanged up on my face while I was talking, I hope management sees this, unprofessional!!!

Outstanding service from Todisco! I dealt with Linda and Christy in the office and both could not have been nicer. I was retrieving my son’s car from the Roxbury location. Both women were professional, compassionate, friendly and very helpful. It made the experience better. Both truck operators were friendly and very helpful. Todisco Towing is highly recommended by me!
