Worst experience ever!! I been to other rock land trust branches and they’re always so welcoming and nice!! The teller who took care of me was so rude she even told me “ rock land trust don’t care about their employees or the customers”

Not happy with the new name and place and that they want to charge five dollars for a money order and we used to get a calendar for the new year and no calendar was available

Wanted to use them for my PPP SBA loan, but I called every day for information and then they told me 4 days later that they weren't accepting people who didn't already have an account with EBSB. I lost so much time waiting for the application to go live and I could have worked with another bank. Really disappointed they didn't warn me they were only accepting current account-holders. I found another bank that would take my loan, even tho I'm not their client.

This experience is horrible theres 5 tellers and they help one person at a time. The person helping customers regarding your account is loud and gives out your information so everyone can hear. Tells you to do extra steps because it's not under her job description. She's very rude.

This has been my bank for over twenty years. I love how concise you located their branches are in the north shore of Boston. They provide excellent customer service, both online and in the bank, and I love their user friendly app. This location offers snacks, water, and K-cups to their customers.
