I'm here right now Valentines Day and of course I spilled coffee on my comforter both of them so Thank you Neptune. I haven't been here in about 13 years so of course the machines are 21st century and it's 950 pm . The only good thing about this whole fiasco is the gentleman who is working here I wasn't sure if I needed a laundry card I only had 11.00$ on me my wash was 20.49 but he obviously could tell I was just a little overwhelmed. I gave him my bank card he bought the laundry card plus he put enough money on it so I had NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT . I don't want to seem to forward and ask his name but if anyone at Neptune reads this know that you really have an employee that loves helping people . PS HE ALSO HASNT STOPPED CLEANING ALL THE MACHINES AND SWEEPING WHILE IVE BEEN HERE PLACE IS SPOTLESS

4 stars, because most washing machines have a bad smell like chuquia, they should pay attention to that.

Very helpful staff, washers and dryers range from xl to a depending on your laundry needs and plenty of units so you won’t spend a whole day waiting. Highly recommend for anyone that needs laundry done. Will definitely continue to use Neptune in my travels.

I am so grateful for Neptune Laundromat. I use their wash, dry and fold services. I love that they’re VERY CLEAN and sanitize the washing machines. Even the hand dryer in the bathroom has UV lights! 5 stars for that alone! I have a compromised immune system from Multiple Sclerosis and I also have multiple brain injuries, so cleanliness is important. Given my health issues, laundry is difficult for me. So glad I found them on Google, back in April. Thank you, Neptune!

They do an incredible job of cleaning up after themselves when you drop off your clothes, and you never have to worry about your belongings going missing, even if you leave your laundry containers beside your washer. The staff does a fantastic job of removing dirty laundry from machines when customers are late or leave early. Machines that can wash over 100 pounds of laundry at once are available. This is the absolute best place to do laundry. We have done the wash and fold service and self-service. The owner is absolutely amazing and cares about the customers. The place is very clean and welcoming. Very clean laundry every time. The wash and fold service is excellent. We have been here in East Boston for work for about six months and don’t currently have access to a good washer and dryer. This place has been a live saver.

I haven't been to the laundromat in a while, but this place definitely exceeded any & all expectations! This place was hopping on a Saturday, but with plenty of machines & a great atmosphere, everyone was taken care of. This is the cleanest & well-maintained laundromat I've ever gone to. It's unmatched with reasonable prices, vending machines, and TV while you wait. I will definitely be returning to do more oversized laundry - this place makes laundry a little less chore!

Exceptional place to get your laundry done. Very clean and they offer cleaning services. Prices were good and there are a variety of machines both small and large. No wait, as machines are plentiful. Great place to get a good clean and fresh wash.

Everything about Neptune Laundry Center was better than I had hoped. All of the machines worked perfectly, the building was spotless, and the staff was helpful and kind. Their reasonable costs and easy accessibility really won me over. Neptune Laundromat is my go-to spot for quick and easy laundry services.

Excellent laundromat, super friendly folks, VERY CLEAN and professional.. great client base, drama free... I hate scrolling down and seeing people talking about it being expensive. I just did 80lbs of laundry for 26.00.. how in the world do people consider that expensive? I lived in VT prior and would easily have spent 45.00 doing 80lbs of laundry there, in dirty old machines nonetheless... Besides the owners take pride in how the run their business that's worth every penny to me. I will NOT take my laundry ANYWHERE ELSE.... Shame on people for saying they are expensive..

This place is always clean. The management is always available. If you have an issue and call, they reply and show up fast if you need help. The machines work great.

The cleanest laundromat I've ever been in with the FRIENDLIEST STAFF!!! The new machines work great and prices are totally reasonable!! If you live near Bennington St, this is the laundromat to visit.
